We have raised A complaint on jan 16th which we are facing issue with our dishwasher which it is in Under Warranty.
After complaint raising we got multiple calls and all are saying that service is not available to area pincode like that. Here my question is if service is not provided then why your selling product to customers and giving this worst worest service.
after multiple complaints multiple cancellations from service provider with out consulting us. Finally after lot of followups we found technicians and they checked the and it is having motor issue.
They said that it will take 10days time to replace the under warranty part so that we are waiting for.
Service is coming from SRi raja rajaeswari air conditions best worst service award will go this operator only. they wont attend the calls every time you need to call from different different numbers then only will attend the calls and he will start telling all the nonsense. he wants personal life then why voltas people is allowing to work in between 10-6.
