I have bought a split ac 1.5 ton in the month of April 2021. Last week I complained about not cooling, after 4-5 days a technician came on saturday 19th March 2022 and told me that there was a gas leakage, so another technician would come. Till now I have been trying to contact customer care number, service centre no and others but no one is coming for solving the problem. If, by mistake, someone picks up the phone he gives me another person's number and that number is always not reachable.
I have never ever seen this type of cheap service in my whole life. Worst experience with voltas of my life.
