[Resolved]  Voltas — Defective Air Conditioner

This year I purchased inverter ACs 1.5 T capacity for my house installed on 1 Feb Invoice No A[protected]A330 Date 27-01-22 and because of winter, I could only start it in end March. There was water leakage from inside unit so I raised complaint on 31 March. After many followups and after many days a technician arrived and simply said your air conditioner is wrongly installed and team who did this will only do it reinstallation. I am continuously following up with customer care and every time I get response will be resolved in 1-2 days. When escalted, some mangers assured me to get this resolved on same day. About 10 days back it was agreed product will be replaced but only verbal and no action again. I am sorry but my whole experience of Tata products is lost now and I am feeling i did a big mistake of taking this product and even service contract for 5 years.
