After lodge plenty of complain I am not satisfied with my voltas product which I have purchased 10th May 2019, plenty of excuses given by engineers but unable to resolve my problem (Not cooling) hence request you to consider my request number-[protected] and change my" 1.5 tom, 3 star, voltas window AC
