I have placed an request for AC servicing for My VOLTAS-125CY 1.5tonn, on
21-jun-16, with req no: [protected]. I was said that my request will be resolved within 24 working hrs. but even after 1 week no mechanic visited my place for AC servicing, when again asked customer care for reason behind this delay work, they apologized and assured me that my complaint is taken under high priority, and at any cost will send an mechanic within another 24 working hrs. but even after 2 days i.e working 48hrs completed no mechanic visited my place nor i received any call back from company. again today[protected], I again called up company customer care on their toll free no: [protected], I again asked them the reason behind this delay, and had warned them that I will take this issue in consumer court, they are not at all feared about complaining in Consumer Court they again apologized for their delayed, and said me they will arrange an call back within 4hrs but still no result. now what should I do. ?
