I have given a complaint regarding my Tata Voltas Inverter IDU - 1 Tonne A/C on 14th April. The service team visited and said that the outdoor unit copper coil was having issues and due to that A/C cooling is not working.
I told the team to replace my outdoor unit as it's under warranty. I purchased this unit on 8th May 2020. It's not even two years and this outdoor unit got a 9-year warranty.
Till now I did not hear anything from the technical team, my outdoor unit should be replaced without any cost.
