Voltas — No post service

I am an user of voltas ac, but every year the gas of the AC gets dry.., and this year again it get dry, so I file a complaint to the company regarding the problem on 12/05/2014. And they have the policy to take action to any of the problems within 24 hours. But today is 15/05/2014, and till now no response has been given by the company. Each day I call 5-6 times to their customer care no., but they just deny by stating that your problem will be soon solved. They does not care once their product has been sold. My complain number to them is [protected], and I want them to sue to the court.
