[Resolved] Voltas — Noise sound

I bought a New Voltas 5 star window ac 04/05/2022 since the day it was installed, there is a noisy sound in it, which is causing us problems, air condition remote is not working, I have its complaint customer Care was registered in 06/05/2022 which no solution come complaint id-[protected].

No action has been taken by the Voltas company so far. And my complaint also gets canceled automatically by customer care so now I have taken help of consumer court
