I have voltas 1.5 ton window ac -2014 model. On 15.06.19 when my ac stops working, i register complaint with voltas customer care - request no. Is [protected]. On next day when technician came he told me that your fan motor is not working and it will be handled by voltas workshop. On the very next day i. E. 17.06.19, i receive a call from voltas workshop and he obtain my consent for purchase of fan motor. At the time of obtaining my consent he told me that the motor will be replaced within 2-3 days. After the expiry of 3 days i called him and this time he told me that your ac model is old so it will take another 2-3 days to arrange the motor. Again i call him after 3 days and this time he told me that you talk with mr. Krishan chawla-service center head and told him to supply the motor as early as possible. I called him several times but he had not picked my call. Meanwhile several times i called voltas customer care to help me. Finally, i receive a call on 03.07.19 from workshop that motor is supplied by service center but when the technician came to replace the motor then he found that new motor does not match with my ac motor. Again i called voltas customer care and this time he arranges my call with mr. Chawla and this time he told me that it will take another 2-3 days to arrange the motor.
After that i told the workshop person to return my motor which he has taken with him to arrange the new one and finally on 05.07.19 i receive a message from voltas that "you have requested for a reschedule beyond six days for sr [protected]"
I have only one question that how a voltas is india's no. 1 ac company when they will not able to supply the fan motor of just 5 year old ac even after the expiry of 20 days.
Now finally i take decision to repair my motor from outside market so that my ac will work and in future i will never buy any voltas product and never recommend anybody to buy the voltas product.
My motive of filing this complaint is to bring the reality of voltas staff behaviour and working culture. Was this information helpful? |
