Voltas — Regarding non satisfactory performance of ac due to improper installation

After we have paid the amount in ful to climax agency, mani sahoo chowk, cuttack, odisha, for installation of splittthe personnel did not install the ac in right way.As a resultthe ac is not working properly.They have also fitted the machine without satisfaction
