Withreference to the above context, we would like to inform you that out of 17Voltas SAC installed at our office 10 are out of order. We lodged complaintregarding it to your office on21.05.2014 reference complaint no. [protected] as per the information receivedfrom the customer care department of VOLTAS Company that your office is authorizedservice centre of VOLTAS AC in our service area.
Afterso many complaints lodged on Toll free No. & telephonic reminder Mr. NareshSoni personally visited and inspected the site on 03.06.2014 and assured thatwork will be started by their engineers from 04.06.2014 i.e., today. Now no onehas reached our office for carrying out the repairing work and even though on tryingto contact on mobile/landline we are receiving no response. You will appreciatethe fact that not to attend the call is very unprofessional and unethical.
BeingBank of Baroda a corporate customer of your company, after sales service relationshipshould be instant and responsive. It seems that your office is not willing tokeep anymore relationship with ourorganization.
Kindlyresolve the matter as early as possible.
