Voltas — Split AC | |
Hi, I have purchased Split AC of Voltas company from Sai enterprise Jammu on 20 May 2020. It was installed by Voltas technicians and also service done by Voltas technician on 25 April 2021. They did start the AC after service and since weather was pleasant I did not notice if it is really cooling or not. When I actually turned on AC on 28th May 2021 AC was not cooling. I raised complain by calling customer number and they did send technician and now technician is telling me that it is not cooling because It does not have any gas left and right I have to pay 2800 to get it replace. When I raised same complaint to customer care they told me that they will be sending me WTA certificates and i do not have to pay anything. It has been now more than 4 days and I have not received any WTA certificates and every time customer care giving different answers. Fed up with customer care as well as Voltas product.
