I purchased a new Voltas Split AC which stopped working in 2 week's of time.
I raised a complaint on 27-April (Req # [protected]), the technician visited on 29-April and informed that the board needs to replaced. I am in continuous touch with Voltas Customer care team as well as service team but not receiving any update on when the board will get received and when the AC will be repaired. Every time I call, the only response I get is Part is pending and none of the representatives are able to answer properly nor provide a commit date for the repair. Further they are just hanging up calls without forwarding to next escalation levels. Sometimes i stayed for more than 5 mins in the call spending my balance but the calls were not connected.
I am deeply regretting my decision for buying a Voltas AC, a new one having board problems in 2 week's of purchase shows the poor quality levels of Voltas manufacturing. Further the service team and Customer care team is not assisting properly. We are struggling now just having a new AC installed which is not working and not even knowing when at least it will be repaired.
I kindly request someone from Voltas who can assist me in this regard. I need the AC replaced or return my money back so I can buy a good brand AC.
