Voltas — Split AC not working

I have contacted Voltas since my AC was not working on 27th Mar 2022. Technician from Voltas came on 01st April 2022 after repeated calls to customer care and he checked AC and said sometimes it takes time for compressor to run.
The same issue of AC not cooling occurred on 05th April 2022 so I complained again on 06th April 2022.

The technician visited on 07th April 2022 and said that the PCB of outdoor unit is not working and they will change it.
After 5 days, now on 12th April 2022 no one has visited to change the defective part and now they are saying that some senior technician will visit to check first and then they will repair if required.

The service has been such pathetic from Voltas. Their technician does not wear proper uniform. No one provides response properly. I will not recommend anyone to buy any voltas product.
