[Resolved]  Voltas — Split ac service in vadodara

I have asked service to my ac located at vadodara through sr# [protected] and service technician attended on next day with reasons that electronic pcb is not working needs replacement. I have given go-ahead to replace at cost of rs. 4500 but till today pcb is not replaced and my ac is not working. I am contacting voltas service person from 6th june (Approximate 28 times called) but did not get satisfactory reply. He is telling that pcb is ordered and will replace within 2 to 3 days but after one week he has not replaced. Over all response of voltas is very bad. I tried to contact mr. Kulin vora but he is not picking phone. So phone numbers given in their webside for escalation are not responding. I want some help in this matter.
