I bought a split inverter AC R32 of your company on 17th of May 2022. Recently I got it serviced and it was found that the air conditioner was not cooling properly. Another technician visited us after that and he repaired it but it was not working still.
I made complaint about the same but the service has been postponing the service for the last week. They just sent a technician and he told me that the machine will be taken to the service center for repair.
He then told me that I will have to bear the cost of transportation of the same.
My query is that since it is still under the warranty period it must be the onus of the company to bear the cost of whatever it takes to repair the machine including transportation.
As it would be the responsibility of the company to repair it, be it where it is or it is to be carried someplace else, then why am I being the customer is required to pay for the transportation of the same.
Further, the ac was picked up from home on 27th of April 2023 on Thursday for which I paid Rs. 150/-
Today i.e. on the second day of May, 2023(after 5 days my ac was delivered to me but no technician was sent to install the same and it has been left lying on the floor of my house by the person who delivered it.
This has been an ordeal for me as a customer and has been very unprofessional on the side of Voltas.
It feels like I'm being deliberately tormented by Voltas Allahabad. I expect a strict action from Voltas Was this information helpful? |
