We had registered a complain for AC servicing due to water leakage on 26/04/2022. It has been more than 96 hours and the technician is such a liar he said he is on the way since 3:00pm on 30/4/2022. It’s the 1st of may .
God knows if he is coming from another county to repair the AC.
We bought Votlas as it was associated with Tata . The customer service just repeats like a parrot, the lines which are taught to them . We had to take a leave of absence in our job to make sure we attend the serving person . The worst experience ever . If the technician is unable to attend, he can be honest to tell us .
