Dear sir,
I bought voltas 185 eyr 1.5 ton 5 star on 26 march 2017 from paytm and we get it installed in bopal, ahmedabad by calling voltas customer care on 4th april 2017. We faced hostilities in the form o[censored]nprofessional and unsupportive behaviour of the staff and unrealistic charges demanded by them and my senior citizen parents had to deal with them under mental pressure in my absence. The company you give the installation task gives sub contract to the people who don't have any id cards and denies to give installation bill. After having much conversation, they agrees for bill but takes day gap. After all this trouble, ac isn't even working, cooling system is out of order, only fan works and it switches off itself. I already have other voltas but this experience is totally unacceptable. Is it the same voltas we had experienced before? The staff you keep for comfort of customers actually discomfort. I expect you to look into the matter and resolve this issue at earliest.
