[Resolved] Voltas — voltas ac 1.5 ton installation itself has an issue

I purchased voltas inverter 1.5 ton ac from ags rathna stores, pondy bazaar, t nagar, chennai, tamilnadu on 21st march 2019 and it was delivered on 23rd march 2019. They tried installing that but outdoor unit sometimes starts or it starts and stops after few minutes. They told it was electricity problem but i got it checked through an electrician and it was fine. Finally they agreed to change the ac but they are saying it will take 1 week time. I don't understand how it will take one week of time and what do i need to do for this one week? Please resolve this issue asap as i have invested lot of time and money on this.
