My product is yet to be installed despite repeated request. Ravi pandey who is handling customers there is psychopath who does not know how to behave with customers. I had told him that i have to take leaves from office to get my installed. My three leaves have been wasted. I also called on voltas customer care. One person named vinay harassed me and gave me wrong contact details. He also told me that i will get a call from senior executive but the call did not materialised.
