Voltas — Voltas brand new 1.5T split AC never worked

Hi, This complain is opened from 29th april Complaint#- [protected]. I purchased a brand new voltas 1.5T split AC and it has not worked for a single day since start. Technician could not fix the AC even after 3 retry. First time- Compressor Problem Second Time- Indoor PCB Problem Third Time- Indoor PCB problem even after replacing PCB. Now voltas customer support is saying they will again repair it by putting new PCB, but why would I accept multiple repair on a new product which has not worked for a single day? I need a replacement immediately or otherwise I have to take legal route for the mental harassment that been done by Voltas. Till date, even after 2 months of purchase it has not worked.
