Voltas — Voltas is not providing the servises.

buy a voltas AC. I was told by the service manager that I have to register my self on the voltas then I did the same. Now when I called up the voltas customer care for the AC service on 5th Nov'14. The agent told me that the technical excutive wil come with in 24 hors. But no body came. Moreover I call up a lot of time there customer care for the status. But every time i got only disappoitmet.
