Volta's — Window AC installation services

I purchased a window AC from Volta's and they denied to pay the bill for installation charges. When asked for the feedback form, I was simply told "you have to get it installed in order to provide the feedback". Moreover, I was promised installation within 24hrs however no one turned up in the promised time frame. It has been two days I have been trying calling customer care but it always say "number is busy".
