I bought my ac on 22/June/2022. I have raised issue on 29/Aug/2022 of ac not cooling. Technician visited on 31st August and said that gas has leaked and other technician would visit next day with gas. But there was no update. After long wait and calling continuously, the technician arrived on 4/September/22. And now the technician said that coil is completely damaged it has to be replaced. I am making pending part request and it will be replaced within 2 days. But now they say that the part would be delivered on 10th September and then it will be decided when to visit and replace the part. While buying ac I was told any problem arising will be resolved within 48 hours. It's just 2 months since I bought my ac and I am facing this problem. Although living in Delhi, a metropolitan city. There is so delay in completing task. How so can a part make so much delay?
It's really bad to make false promises as saying company policy to resolve issue within 48 hours. And it's taking 15 days minimum. I am so dissatisfied with voltas. In this hot and humid unbearable climate they are just delaying the task. 2 din me ho jaayega kehte kehte 10 din se jyda ho gaya still no update. I told them about my medical condition I cannot tolerate hot summers of delhi. I have to stay in ac but no use of pleading. This is how you treat customers.
It's humble request either to resolve it or take the ac back and refund me my money with proper compensation of wasting time and sentiments of customer. Was this information helpful? |
