Voltas — Worst AC's

I've Purchased 1.5 ton voltas recip AC for my home, due to medical reasons as I was told Despite being Noisy and Zero Star this particular model is most RELIABLE. But to my utter dismay on 1.Day one the AC started Very loud noises from back FAN logged complaint [protected]. Voltas guys changed FAN but noise is still high compared to other units. 2. 27th Day of purchase the AC's Compressor got faulty and the Enineer told that compressor needs to be CHANGED??? its a brand new AC!!! Complained ID: [protected] Now on 3rd day of outage and humid environment and worsening medical problem. I've been informed that they do not have spare readily available. :O I've had with VOLTAS and its most reliable AC Kindly Refund my money I do not trust or value your brand any more. If the above is not possible kindly 1. Install a stand by unit today only. 2. Replace the unit with band new 1.5 Ton 5 Star Copper unit only (As the only reason to go with the recip model is the Lie I was told it is Most reliable) Regards Prateek
