The kurti which i had bought from voonik, but sorry to say that the quality of the product is very poor. The color of the dress has come out in just one wash as it has been washed with some other clothes my rest of the clothes is also of no use as all the color from your dress material had stuck in my other clothes.
I want compensation of my dresses that is useless because of your product, otherwise i shall put the complain on consumer court. Waiting for the reply as soon as possible.

We regret to inform you that we cannot compensate as it has been used and the product is washed also.

As per conversation customer care executive annpurna says that you can return or exchange within 15 days but neither i am returning nor i want to exchange the product i want the total loss as compensate that has been done by this product as all the color from the kurti stuck to my other clothes and they are of no use.

If they are not going to do anything then why they are harassing us like that. Frankly speaking it is the worst material they are providing to the customer.
