I ordered a white round dress using the site voonik.com on 10.05.2016 and have already paid for this product, it was promised to be delivered with in 4-7 working days during the time of order, however its been 15 days and i have not got any update about the product. I called customer care on 23.05.2016 and spoke to mr. Zaheer, which was of no help to me, i very clearly today him that i have been waiting since long time and want the product by next 2 days and he promised me the same but i have not got any updated either on my mail or sms about the conversation.
After waiting for 2 more day, again i called customer care on 25.05.2016 and spoke to mr. Santhosh. Mr. Santhosh was rude on call and not ready to listen to customer concern and just ran previous call notes and said he is not aware of the product and need to check with the delivery/courier department, and upfront said we will cancel your order and refund your amount, which was very surprising to hear this from customer care executive. Executive was not ready to figure out the issue and give solution and was more interested in cancelling the order.
Since the experience wasn't good with mr. Santhosh, i requested him to hand over the call to senior person so that they could be of some help, but the same was refused upfront saying he is the senior person and need to talk to him and there is no any other senior person which is very surprising, when a customer request to talk to senior officer and the same is not acknowledged.
Mr. Santhosh insisted customer to call the courier agent and check about the status of the product and provided details, when requested for immediate delivery of product or immediate refund, executive was rude again and informed to wait for 7-10 working days.
After heated conversion, call back from manager was promised from mr. Santhosh before 5 p. M on 25.05.2016.
Very disappointed by the executive behavior, voonik have to train its customer care executive how to handle customer issue and provide them solution / seek time in good manner rather then cancelling the order and talking about refund. They should have tracking modules to track the products until it reaches the customers and can't say that they are not aware of it even after providing 48hrs of time post escalation.
I ordered it for an event which is on 26.05.2016. As i have not received it yet, it would be of no use if i receive it after the event.
I want complete details of why the product didn't reach me in time and why wasn't there any communication about the delay and no follow up done inspite of escalating, why there is no action taken, why hasn't manager got back to me.
After so much of hassle i don't want to continue with voonik and want them to refund me immediately.
I trusted voonik and ordered the product and did not think of alternative. Now, because of this i will not be able to attend the function.
I would demand a 'apology letter' for this rude behavior and breaking the promise. I also would demand a compensation of 5 lakh indian ruppees immediately.
I am happy to get a call back from a senior manager or from your legal department and want the issue to sorted out immediately
