I have ordered magnificent pink and chiku half half embroidered attractive saree order no - r[protected] ordered on may 23, 2016. I have recieved the couriar on june 06, 2016. But the saree was not same as it was shown. So i returned next day itself. Voonik said that refund money initiated but till now i havenot recieved the refund money. Please send refund money to my account no which i am providing here.

    I had place an order for a saree from www.voonik.com which was worth rs. 999 on 9th may, 2016, the expected date of delivery was 15th may, 2016. As i wanted to gift it to my mother before 15th may, i was continuously following up with voonik team and evahan courier services (As i was told by voonik customer care people that they have dispatched it) i got to know from the evahan staff that they haven’t receive any parcel from voonik. I called voonik again and they said mam don’t worry you will get your order on or before 15 may. I did not receive my product even on 15 and i called voonik customer care again and asked for the update and after discussion a lady told me that they lost the product in transit. I said this is not acceptable and i want the product she asked for 24 to 48 hours to check and get the product available for me. After 48 hours on 18th once again when i called i got to know that my order is being cancelled without my permission and no one bothered to ask me. I just got a mail which i didn’t see till 19th mentioning your order is cancelled as the product is out of stock. I called voonik helpline number and asked to transfer my call to line manager and i spoke to mr. Akshay (Floor manager) he said they cancelled my order because the quality of the product was not good (Three different reasons to cancel one order). I was ready to wait for the product but the manager was not and he said we have removed the product form the website which was again a false statement. I told him that i’m able to see that product even today (I have screen shot of same with me) but he was not bothered. I even said that i m ready to wait for the product and i want that but he said because of the quality we will not sale that saree. Strange fact is that even today voonik shows that saree for sale. If the quality of the product was not good then why voonik is still displaying it for sale on its website? Aiant voonik is concerned about its brand image. I said i will go to consumer forum he said you can that’s your right.

          I ordered a dress from voonik.com through credit card on 5th may. The order number is order r[protected]. I had waited for more than 25 days. I didnt receive my product and when i contacted the customer care, asked to cancel the order they didnt give proper response. I have contacted the customer care for 6 to 7 times still no response. Every time they were saying we have escalated the issue you will receive your money in 5 days. Still nothing is happening.

          Worst online shopping site ever. Trying to loot people's money.

          I want full refund of my money.

            Poor quality your product and color fade

            The kurti which i had bought from voonik, but sorry to say that the quality of the product is very poor. The color of the dress has come out in just one wash as it has been washed with some other clothes my rest of the clothes is also of no use as all the color from your dress material had stuck in my other clothes.

            I want compensation of my dresses that is useless because of your product, otherwise i shall put the complain...

              We have ordered one handbag order id r[protected]. It's max delivery date was 31 st may but today is 1 st june didn't receive my order yet. After so much of follow up you team responded me that my order was lost in transit they are trying to for the same order it will take 3-5 more days and in case they wouldn't get the same product it might get cacalled. And as per recent message it will take 12 more days to deliever even they said they are not able to commit any date of delivery. Means one small handbag order i will get in 1 month. Even there is no security for this timeline or any other timeline as well.

              See this is not professional behaviour first you they have not communicated until we approached them and now each day they are commiting new date.
              Even when i asked for componsation for this inconvenience. They are not ready for this as well. It's quite frustrating and disgusting and unprofessional attitude they are showing. I want componsation for their fault and for the inconviniece what i faced.

                  I had returned one item/ saree on 20.05.16 through courier boy who had provided delivery service to me. After returning the item i got a mail quoting that your refund process is started and you will get your money back in your account which i have provided during the course of refund process in 7 to 10 days but till today i.e. after more than 10 days i hav'nt got my money back. My refund order id was R[protected], It is highly objectionable from voonik technologies pvt ltd. Banglore that they have not fulfilled their commitment. When i called your customer support they are not providing any help.So it is my request from company that please return my money into my account at earlieest otherwise i will go to the consumer forum against you.

                  Sorry for any hassle caused. We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik. 1cr point = 1 Re on Voonik.
                  Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

                  Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit

                  Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.

                      All inconveniences regretted.We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller address sent to your registered email id and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com.
                      Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.
                      The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and refund would not be given.

                        My order no is r[protected] was placed on on 11 may 16 but its still showing order processed, waiting for pick up

                        My order is not dispached yet. It was showing 4 - 7 day delivery time.
                        It is a worst experience with you i[censored]r not able to complete please return my payment finish this all.
                        In spite of my various telephonic & emails reminders, there is no response

                        There is not any response to my queries such as the details of the delivery (Consignment number, courier no etc.). I have requested for a refund but that too has fallen on deaf ears.

                        I want to cancel my order number r[protected].
                        Your customer care number is also not available it is really really fraud.
                        So i request to you that refund my money in my bank a/c number as soon as possible.

                        Kindly look into the matter personally and refund my cash in my a/c, otherwise i will take legal action against you...

                          I ordered a white round dress using the site voonik.com on 10.05.2016 and have already paid for this product, it was promised to be delivered with in 4-7 working days during the time of order, however its been 15 days and i have not got any update about the product. I called customer care on 23.05.2016 and spoke to mr. Zaheer, which was of no help to me, i very clearly today him that i have been waiting since long time and want the product by next 2 days and he promised me the same but i have not got any updated either on my mail or sms about the conversation.

                          After waiting for 2 more day, again i called customer care on 25.05.2016 and spoke to mr. Santhosh. Mr. Santhosh was rude on call and not ready to listen to customer concern and just ran previous call notes and said he is not aware of the product and need to check with the delivery/courier department, and upfront said we will cancel your order and refund your amount, which was very surprising to hear this from customer care executive. Executive was not ready to figure out the issue and give solution and was more interested in cancelling the order.

                          Since the experience wasn't good with mr. Santhosh, i requested him to hand over the call to senior person so that they could be of some help, but the same was refused upfront saying he is the senior person and need to talk to him and there is no any other senior person which is very surprising, when a customer request to talk to senior officer and the same is not acknowledged.

                          Mr. Santhosh insisted customer to call the courier agent and check about the status of the product and provided details, when requested for immediate delivery of product or immediate refund, executive was rude again and informed to wait for 7-10 working days.

                          After heated conversion, call back from manager was promised from mr. Santhosh before 5 p. M on 25.05.2016.

                          Very disappointed by the executive behavior, voonik have to train its customer care executive how to handle customer issue and provide them solution / seek time in good manner rather then cancelling the order and talking about refund. They should have tracking modules to track the products until it reaches the customers and can't say that they are not aware of it even after providing 48hrs of time post escalation.

                          I ordered it for an event which is on 26.05.2016. As i have not received it yet, it would be of no use if i receive it after the event.

                          I want complete details of why the product didn't reach me in time and why wasn't there any communication about the delay and no follow up done inspite of escalating, why there is no action taken, why hasn't manager got back to me.

                          After so much of hassle i don't want to continue with voonik and want them to refund me immediately.

                          I trusted voonik and ordered the product and did not think of alternative. Now, because of this i will not be able to attend the function.

                          I would demand a 'apology letter' for this rude behavior and breaking the promise. I also would demand a compensation of 5 lakh indian ruppees immediately.

                          I am happy to get a call back from a senior manager or from your legal department and want the issue to sorted out immediately

                                This is regarding an order placed with Voonik.com on April 27, 2016. There were couple of items from different suppliers and one of those were delivered. However, my concern is with the second item of Rs. 995. It was meant to be for my mother for Mothers Day. THe promised delivery was on May 9.
                                VOonik.com had provided an option to track the order and when i tried to do so for the mentioned item, it went to First FLights webtracking page, However there was no tracking number inorder for me to continue the tracking. I mailed VOonik Care asking for the tracking number and did not hear from them.
                                On 9th I checked to find if my mother received the item and was informed to the contrary. SO i mailed again to Voonik and they informed me that there was some discrepancy at the delivery end and that in 5-6 days they would deliver the order. I was shocked as my mother is always at home and her contact number had also been provided to them. The expectation set was that they would call her which did not happen. However after some mails to and fro they promised to deliver in 2 days.
                                On Friday the 13 of May, i receive an email congratulating me of the delivery of the item. I was very excited and called home to check if my mother liked the gift, to which she replied that she had not received anything. I asked her if she got a call from the courier and she replied NO.
                                I got back to the Voonik care telling them that the order has not reached and their claim of it was not true. From then on till date apart from mails saying they are checking with despatch and reaffirming that the order has been delivered there has not been any response to my queries such as the details of the delivery ( consignment number, who collected the item, and the time of delivery).I have requested for a refund but that too has fallen on deaf ears.

                                  I purchased a dress material with order no - r[protected] and the expected delivery date was 9th may 2016 but till now (19th may 2016) the status is processed. I moved from delivery the place and my number is also changed. I wanted to cancel that product but there was no cancel option. So i clicked on returned and immediately called your customer executive and requested to cancel that product and initiate refund. After that day i called your customer executive 3/4 times. It seems you are having very poor service. Even that product is not dispatched yet but your executive saying it already dispatched. How many times i have to call for the sake of my money. You people are just money eater. You have not delivered the product on time and now not interested to return my money.

                                  My order is not dispached yet . It was showing 4 - 7 day delivery time .

                                    I had ordered firoji half half saree but i received a saree of very low quality, it's embroidery work is totally different from what it is showing in the website. The shipment delivered to me today 19th may 2016. I applied for returning the order but reply mail got from voonik telling that i have to return the product by my own and they will return money later on.

                                    We are sorry to inform that our return courier partners don't have any agent in your city as it is a NSZ(Non serviceable zone). We will refund the courier charges (maximum 200/-) in your Voonik account. Please send the package to the seller and send us a picture of the courier slip to [protected]@voonik.com.
                                    Request you to pack the product correctly and write the correct seller address and contact number.
                                    The product has to be self shipped within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the product will not be accepted and refund would not be given.

                                      Had ordered designer red and orange silk and net designer saree (Code: 4438099) seller: "om fashion" on 12/05/2016.

                                      Today on 19/05/2016 they have delivered me white colour cloth instead of designer saree.

                                      Voonik customer care executive said when i called that how this can be done, she simply said sorry for this we have discontinue our seller who was doing this kind of wrong delivery and we still working out on issue.
                                      She said she will get this return and arrange for refund.
