[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Asian shoes

I am really disappointed for such kind of service. My order id is m[protected]-1.
The shoes i ordered was different and what i have received is different. The colour combination is not same and i want replacement or cash back. The size fit is good but do not get the desired product. Packing was good. But please help me. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest.

As discussed over the call. We are sorry to hear that the product we sent did not match your expectations. We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away.
Request for the Exchange of your product has been raised. The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the new product will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days.

Hi, my voonik acount in credit 2000 and i want to transfer in my bank account so please process to amount transfer in my bank accout..

If you wish to get the refund in the bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in the bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
