My order id is r[protected]. I m repeatedly filling the required credentials to return this product because it's quality is not at par it's price and the material is very cheap but everytime it is showing that my account no is invalid when it clearly isn't. I tried to repeat the process with my another bank account but still the same thing is happening. I have been calling the customer support center since 2 days but they just cut the call after a minute. This is by far my worst online shopping experience and it has nothing to do with the product but the very inconvenient and messed up system this particular site has when you wish to get refund not in terms of voonik credit.

In Saree there is small stone and it is placed at too long distance and it is stick only fiviquik so it's I do not feel good so that why I want to return it.

        I received my order r[protected] today. I'm displeased with the quality of the the cotton briefs i ordered. It doesn't even seem cotton. When i go back to the app to initiate the return process, it's not even shown that it has been delivered. It doesn't even show the return option there.
        You shouldn't​ cheat someone by showing something and sending something else.

        The underpants i ordered were advertised as stretchable and tummy-tucker. It doesn't seem like that though.

          I have placed an order on 2nd of july 2017 and expected delivery was on 8-10th july 2017. I have received a mail wherein it is mentioned order gas been delivered successful wherein its not true.

                I ordered Denim jacket for size S. And i received size M after the long of the product in 15 days. If a return request is made, the product will be picked very immediately and delivery will take more than a three times than other shopping stores. It's a worst site to shop any product. The qualities are so poor.
                When i requested for size S again, i am receiving the mail that your order will be delayed. It's a completely #######. All fake commitments mentioned on sites.
                Very Poor service with worst product ever a online shopping sites can have.

                        I return my product a lehenga but still i didn't get my refund. I chose voonik credit instead of bank transfer. I got msg that "my refund for Rs.1850 is initiated as voonik credits and will reflect in your voonik account within 2 hours"_ on june 27.. After it 5 days go but i can't find my refund on voonik credit/coupon option...
                        I also mail at [protected]@voonik.com, there is also no response..
                        & now here...if i can't see any response after it.. Then i have to take another way.

                              I am trying to call the customer care since morning but none of the number is working on ur site. I have place an order where i havent received any update about the product such as order id and all but the amount got dedicted from my account as i was making the payment online. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible or else i will place an order on cod and i will not make the payment as well as i will keep the product with me, mark my words..
                              I attached the screen shot of my account statement where my amount got deducted of 521/-rs. Kindly look into that. I dont want to create a issue.

                              I have returned the product and I haven't received amount yet.

                              I don't need the product as I did not like the cloth quality and the size doesn't fit.

                                We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “June 4th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “Jockey Imperial Blue & Neon Yellow Moulded Cami Bra - Style Number FP[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected. And we received a message from bank stating an amount of rs 666/- has been debited from my account in favour of "voonik". But the status of the product remains as payment pending. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Even after returning this product earlier for missing parts, the prouct earlier had one missing kada, now after returning the product i've not received kada and bracelet. I've been charged delivery charges twice for this single product and i want you to resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise a complaint will be charged against this in consumer redressal forum. I also want to know that why i have been charged delivery charges twice. Even there is no option for replace on your website. This was the reason i had to return the product.

                                      I'm ordered shoes on jun 1, 2017... Reach this product 8jun... This shoes are not fit due to over size.... So i want to 8 no shoes neither u recovery my money...
