hi i ordered a product on 11th may 2018 in voonik and it still shows as "process" and i called up the customer care and complained after not receiving the product even after seven days. but today the date is 24th may and still the same stage and i haven't received my product and i am not able to reach the customer care as well. and i am not able to cancel the order as well. this is the worst kind of service we get from voonik and you people are not even bothered to give me updates on whats happening at your end. this is the last time i am ordering anything in Voonik.
