Replacing or cancelling product.

For my order number "R[protected]" I got the product at 24th Feb 2016 and it is clearly written for the product that - "2 days return"

I claim to replace my product at 25th feb 2016 ( with in 2 days ).

And now I got the reply from your side that "you are not going to accept any products returned after 'Days' of delivery" !!!

If it is then either you have to provide me the link to refund or cancel...

Refund for undelivered item

Not finding the option for returning

Lehenga low quality not as shown in picture

My order no is [protected]. the lehenga that i receive today is of very low quality. there is a huge difference between the picture they show and the product they deliver.the lehenga skirt is completely different, not as flared as shown in picture, dupata na blouse piece cloth is of very cheap quality and doesnot match the photo. i want to return this and want my money back, it should be arranged in the same address where they delivered...

Totally change product
