    on 29/2/16 i order for dress from voonik website.i order lehanga choli as shown in website but they sent me diffrent design anarkali dress.yesterday i got delivery which is compeletly diffrent which i ordered.i calledup so many time but they dint reply properly.my mail id is:[protected]@gmail.com.and my voonik order no is:-R[protected].they said our executive will call u and we will send courier oerson who will collect u r parcel and after 7-15days we will wxchabge it send u another one .but nobody come till now.plz help me i already paid 1176rs.

        We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik. Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share the bank details in the e-mail sent to your registered e-mail id.
        Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
        Post refund of cash the same denomination in voonik credits will be deducted from your account.

        Note: Saturday/Sunday and Other Bank Holidays are not included in working days.

          For my order number "R[protected]" I got the product at 24th Feb 2016 and it is clearly written for the product that - "2 days return"

          I claim to replace my product at 25th feb 2016 ( with in 2 days ).

          And now I got the reply from your side that "you are not going to accept any products returned after 'Days' of delivery" !!!

          If it is then either you have to provide me the link to refund or cancel my order, this is very unreliable site that I EVER seen !!!

          Please take a serious action against this.

                first of
                1. I dont have any way to inform you about the return and replacement.
                2. Secondly, I got the product at 24th and I informed you at 26th that means I informed you with in 48 hours.
                24th to 26th is not a 3 days, its a 2 days!!!
                And it is your responsibility to provide the link for 'cancellation and refund'.
                Otherwise how customer will know about that?

                For cancellation you have to do a call on customer care or mail to customer support, to notify that you want to cancel the order.

                          My order no is [protected]. the lehenga that i receive today is of very low quality. there is a huge difference between the picture they show and the product they deliver.the lehenga skirt is completely different, not as flared as shown in picture, dupata na blouse piece cloth is of very cheap quality and doesnot match the photo. i want to return this and want my money back, it should be arranged in the same address where they delivered it, or deliver another lehenga that is exactly same as the one shown in the picture. really disgusting. such deceptive fotos should to posted.. its like cheating the customers.

                              This is very disapponting.Voonik have not resolve my issue . I have order a saree but the gave me another one which i have not ordered.i am requested to exchane the saree but they cant for not availabilityNow they told to coprreir that one and they will refund but i have not faith at all..voonik have block my number also so that i cannot call you.

                              Voonik such a big brand and the service is so disgusting.

                              First time i have order from Voonik and get disappointment.

                                        I ordered 1 Sarree and my order number is R[protected]by Vandana Tiwari for EMBROIDERED BLACK COLOR SAREE. I am not satisfied with this product, because i saw other product but when i receive its totally change. Kindly contact me asap...And your field boy is not return my money back.
