I purchased Polk reserve R700 speakers on 2nd June 2022 for Rs 198, 000, which were delivered on 22nd June.
I had to make several calls and emails for a timely delivery. (As it was mentioned delivery in 5days on their website.)So don't expect delivery in 5days.
The speakers were delivered in a unsealed package. Which is not as per the website claim of sealed package. Hence chances are that they are used or refurbished products.
On August 31st, 2022, the tweeters of the speakers stopped working. Contacted Vplak for repair under warranty, (which is 3yrs for this product on their website) but haven't received any reply from them. It's almost one month of emailing and telephoning them but absolutely no response received.
I contacted the authorized dealer of Polk in India, who informed me that Vplak is blacklisted by them and repairs would not be covered under warranty for products purchased from Vplak.
It's is clear that they are misrepresenting the product on their website and cheating customers by misinforming them. Was this information helpful? |
