Many goods are not officially importer so no manufacturer support and warranty...

Placed the order on VPLAK for DENON 3800H Your order id-[protected] I have already paid the whole amount Rs.159800 on 24th March 2023 which VPLAK has confirmed. They are neither shipping the product nor refunding the money. They don't have the courtesy to answer my calls or reply to my emails either. They are CHEATS and Fake Company

I ordered a Digital Mixer (Behringer XR18) from VPLAK online shopping company on 17th January 2023. The order was prepaid for an amount of 73, 894 on which I got a confirmation mail from the same company. But after two days without even getting an update regarding my order. I contacted their customer care and asked for my order update. They said that the product is out of stock and asked whether I Am making an order for any other product....

I have paid Rs. 1000 as advance on COD for a product from Vplak. Nor they delivered the product nor they refund. So Vplak is a fraud company. I have emailed regarding refund but no response from vplak....

I purchased Polk reserve R700 speakers on 2nd June 2022 for Rs 198, 000, which were delivered on 22nd June.
I had to make several calls and emails for a timely delivery. (As it was mentioned delivery in 5days on their website.)So don't expect delivery in 5days.
The speakers were delivered in a unsealed package. Which is not as per the website claim of sealed package. Hence chances are that they are used or refurbished products....

I had originally ordered a Sony Party Box Model V83D for Rs.59, 999/- vide order No.[protected]. But cancelled the order to buy Model No.V90D vide Order NO.[protected] at a higher cost. This order was paid for and the product was delivered. These transactions were done in Jan'22

However, the refund for the cancelled order [protected] has still not been refunded to my Credit card banker Citibank.

My father in law placed order feom vplak website for Denon DHT-S316 Home Theater Sound Bar System in jan. 2022. My order id is [protected] and did online payment of Rs. 29980/-. After two days from placing the order, i proceeded for cancellation process. It has been almost 3 months they have not refunded my money. Now, Vplak is ignoring our mails, phone calls, and messages.
You are requested to take strict action against them.

My order ID [protected] i ordered Earphones from this website. It's been 3 weeks. They haven't shipped the order. I have sent a lot of Mails regarding this. No response from them. I asked them to refund the money. Also I'm constantly calling them regarding this issue. Still no response from them.

I ordered XGIMI projector. They called back saying its not available so i asked them to cancel the order. They have not cancelled the order and not refunding the money also. Their customer care number, nobody picks the call and i'm not getting any responses to my emails also.

This is in reference to the discussion we had with you regarding the duplicate product home theater which was found not good in terms of sound quality & not upto the expectation, the product was purchased from Vplak online store with the return policy of 7 days.

Denon DHT-S316 Home Theater Sound Bar System which is collected by us from the courier partner against docket no.[protected] on dated 02.01.2022 at 10:30 a.m by Delhivery against COD of Rs.28480/- & paid advance Rs.1500/- from B-164, Okhla Phase I, New Delhi & the product was packed by normal bubble wrap with stricker/ Bill, No specific seal were found during the unboxing.

Now, Vplak is ignoring our mails, phone calls, and messages even though they have not submitted the warranty card & invoice, they have shipped the material only with stickers pasted on bubble wrap.

I ordered Taga Harmony TAV-606 SE (Special Edition) 5.0 Channel Home Theatre System and my order ID is [protected]. on 22nd Oct 2021.

VPLAK called me and told, this product is not available and asked me to buy alternate product which was not worthy. I replied them that, I ordered this product because it special edition, if you cannot supply the product, return the money, but they are not refunding and keep on dodging with phone calls. I need them to repay my money with penalty.

Product costs 64000 . I ordered cash on delivery as they are not a trusted brand. Item was Polk audio magnifi sr sound system. I placed my order on September. They called me at October 3rd and asked for booking amount of 1280. Then also I negotiated on the booking amount and paid 640 as a token. Post that they stopped responding to whatsapp or email....

I ordered Chromecast 3rd Generation from VPLAK on 25th September. Order ID is [protected]. I called them a few times but no one answered the calls. Initially when I contacted them on Whatsapp, they responded by saying that they will get back to me but they haven't followed up. When I texted them again on Whatsapp, they did not respond. I want the Chromecast to be delivered asap or if they don't have it, I want my money refunded as I prepaid for the product.

I ordered a gopro chesty mount in december'20 and payment paid by online. After sometime they mailed me "due to kissan riot your order cannot delivered". And after that they cannot refund my money till July 2021. When I call customer care executive, every time they said after 2/3 days your money is transferred to your account. But till date they lied. Thanks.

I have ordered this product online last week from VPLAK. I got an email with my order details immediately. Payment was made at the time of placing the order. Nothing after that. No shipping details received. Contact numbers are fake and out of order. Customer care does not exist.

JBL headphones under guaranteed are not returned and no response from customer service contact.or Email.
I'm trying since 3 weeks. No response from vplak.

Never buy from Vplak!

Please don't fall for the attractive prices offered by Vplak. I've been repenting as I had paid the amount in advance. I ordered a Marshall Woburn 2 on 01 March 2021 worth whopping ₹40, 000 and haven't received the delivery yet (as of 25 March). They won't respond to my mails, my phone calls, my whatsapp messages, nothing. They will only assist you till the time your payment is not through. Once done, you are on your own, fighting an unending battle. Pathetic after sales, poor customer support and worst services is what they can boast of. You won't find any negative reviews, as they delete the ones that speak ill of them. Please don't buy from Vplak, ever. And even if by any chance you do, opt for COD. Won't even suggest it to my enemies.

I ordered a ONE MORE PISTON FIT earphone worth rs 690 and when irecieved an order having just a piece of cardboard folded and wraped in tape. I called them and they said wait for 3 days but after 15 days they said they can't do anything and they didn't refund my money and not sent me my earphones. A fraud company with fraud employees. Don't buy anything from their website.

I had ordered a Bluetooth keyboard from the website vplak.

I received a black one instead of the white colour I had order.

The keyboard was in a used condition and it's Bluetooth was not working.

I received the product on 09/08/19
Upon finding the issues the very next day
On 10/08/19 I lodged a Return and Refund request.

Didn't get a call or message for four days
So, I had to call them on 15/08/19
Told it was independence day, so I should call the next day.

Upon calling on 16/08/19 I was informed that a person would be sent to collect my package on 19/08/19

No one arrived

I called the customer forum once again on 21/08/19 Now I was told that a refund is not possible, only a replacement
Since it has been over a week of delivery.

The customer care deliberately did this.
I want a refund
