I ordered a Digital Mixer (Behringer XR18) from VPLAK online shopping company on 17th January 2023. The order was prepaid for an amount of 73, 894 on which I got a confirmation mail from the same company. But after two days without even getting an update regarding my order. I contacted their customer care and asked for my order update. They said that the product is out of stock and asked whether I Am making an order for any other product. I just asked for the amount paid to be refunded and they said they will send a mail asking my account details and on the successful reply to their mail they will initiate the refund. I got a refund request mail on 23rd January and I updated all the account details and UPI id of mine with them through mail. The mail also stated that the amount will be reflected within 7- 8 days. After two days when I contacted them asking for my refund update they said it will take 15 days and my request for refund is under process. On 6th February, Monday as it was 15 days since I updated my details with them and no refund was initiated . I contacted them and asked for my refund. They said that it is under process and pleased me to wait for another three days. After three days when I contacted them, my call was transferred to one of their seniors and that person said that my order is under process we have arranged your product but then i said them I already bought that product from another site and I don’t need the product anymore and pleased them to proceed with my refund, she forced me to buy another product from their company worth the same amount but I refused the same and just asked them to Initiate my refund. The lady said that they will initiate the refund . But again after one day when I called them they told me to wait for another 7 days and sent me a mail stating that your amount will be reflected within 7 - 8 days. As it has been so long I just don’t trust them.
