I had originally ordered a Sony Party Box Model V83D for Rs.59, 999/- vide order No.[protected]. But cancelled the order to buy Model No.V90D vide Order NO.[protected] at a higher cost. This order was paid for and the product was delivered. These transactions were done in Jan'22
However, the refund for the cancelled order [protected] has still not been refunded to my Credit card banker Citibank.
The Customer personal who I dealt with was a Ms. Deep Sharma ([protected] ) and Shukla ([protected]) who since then do not answer my calls.
