Vr Designer Studio — fraud

This is a fraud online store on facebook. She gives lot of excuses when you ask about your delivery and finally blocks you on her page and phone. I’ve sent her 11, 000rs 2 months ago and i have not received my money back nor the dresses that i’ve ordered. She gave me a fake dtdc slip (Tracking number shows nothing). Now she has blocked me. I have all the proofs needed to show that she is fraud in my case. When i have written on her page about what she has done to me, she has blocked me. I am definitely not going to leave this lady for what she has done.
