Vr Infotech — scam or fake job offers

I want to inform you about the job scam that is going on in chandigarh. On july 23, 2017 i got a call from (Monika). She introduced me as the hr of icici bank and asked me come for the interview, the next day. She called me at chandigarh, sector -34a, sco 142-143, 4th floor cabin no.111 and call me 30-40 times till i reached the venue and she come outside to pick me to office and there was no one other for the interview. After the interview they selected me for the "computer oterater" profile and asked me to deposit rs - 3000/- as the training fees. They made me to fill a form and handled me a signed receipt of 3000/- fees that i deposited of company (Vr infotech). The interviewer (Mehta sir) told me that i will get a call from bank between 8-15 august 2017.
I asked him why has he not given me the offer letter of bank and why is he only giving me this receipt. He answered that that the interview is held here at vr infotech and that is why they are giving me this receipt and that the offerlettr will be emailed to me by the bank when i will get call between 8-15 aug. When i asked what if i am unable to pick up the call, he said in that case they'll line me up with bank. So, i got satisfied and i went home. After reaching home i searched about vr infotech and found a complaint against them. Since that day i am calling on the numbers they had given me and they only saying that you r line'up from bank so wait, wait and wait, sometimes they dont picked the call... Still they dont clear me and told me to trust them and wait... But hww much???
I live in uttarakhand...
I hope some action is taken against them and they should be punished for the crime they are committing. I suggest freshers to not to get trapped or risk at your own by such fraud companies.
