We have booked 2 carpet delivery by vrl trasport narayana, after that they make computerised slip and gave to our person but by mistake it got lost by our person so we sent our boy to vrl transport narayana for duplicate copy they denied to provide it they asked for lr number which is written in booking slip, I want to ask them when its lost so how we can give lr number.they have just refused to any help please look into this matter asap...

Dear Team,

I would like to raise a concern regarding the bus delay of minimum 1.5 hours everytime I travel from Bengaluru to Athani.

Today I traveled from Bengaluru to Athani... And dropping time @athani is 7:30AM

But bus is still @Ankali at 7:30AM.
Even my last time travel there was delay of 1.5hours.

If that's the actual time of travel then PLEASE UPDATE THE TIMING IN VRL BOOKING APP.

In Nanded our consument are daily coming I send our auto wala give doc no & company rubber stamp give send in vel office the manager so anna he no take parsal he says matril was not comming i am not office i give tomorrow later was go to delivery and not co optrare

I sented a courier from Delhi qutab road vrl branch to chalakudy in 26/09/2022. It is not delivered till today.
I raised many complaints and i never got an proper reply or solutions. It has been more than 3 week's and i need the product immediately. I will provide the lr number below. Please resolve the problem immediately

our customer received consignment under damage condition .The boxes which contained gift papers, ribbons and other goods were damaged and looked as if they were broken and wet in transit due to improper way of handling of the goods . due to that we have a loss of 2, 55, 180/- worth of goods.

Request for a compensation for loss occurred due to mishandling consignment

This is regarding LR number [protected] for which wrong parcel was delivered to us instead of our parcel. Our parcel is still missing with no update from VRL side after contacting several times.
Request you look into this on priority as this parcel was urgent one but due to your your irresponsible behaviour we faced lot of problems.
Please refund our money along with the interest for the product and delivery charges if you can't get our parcel.

Our Customer Has Booked 2 BOXES From SOLAPUR TO BANGALORE BRANCH Against LR NO:[protected] DT:[protected] TOTAL 2 BOXES But They have Delivered Only One Box on[protected] and Another Box they have Misplaced and also VRL PEOPLE Is Not Giving Clear Response For this Issue.

Please Help to Deliver the MISPLACED BOX Immediately Or Else You have to Bare the Demrage Charges.

I booked a parcel from Delhi to Nagercoil on 27/9/2022. They said they will dispatch on 29/9/2011. They said delivery to you on 5/10/2022.But till 3/10/2022 no dispatch from Delhi.I called the delhi branch where I booked and asked and they said it arrived in Madurai. When I called Nagercoil branch and asked, they are in Delhi. They still say dispatch is not available.Even after looking at the track id nothing is visible. Even after asking delhi branch they did not say anything. 5/10/2022 If I don't receive the parcel more problems are coming. Give me a solution.

We had booked our material on date 24th September 2022 from Kalamb to Vapi (VRL Branch ) office & Today dt.03/10/22 we wanted to rebook the same material to our client’s address as usual firstly we release the material from collection office by paid the amount as same bill given by VRL Staff whose name was Mr. Pawan Kumar Tiwari (Emp Code-58312, Disg. D.O. Incharge). Further, the staff sitting in booking office has told me that we already paid the hamali charges rupees of 87/- mentioned in the receipt so, you no need to pay the extra charges for moving the material from collection office to booking office. After then Mr. Pawan Kumar tiwari told us that your material will not go to the booking office unless you will not pay extra Hamali charges. I agreed to pay that extra hamali charges to them but they are not giving any receipt for that amount. Also, Mr. Pawan Kumar tiwari was behaving ruddily & not much cooperative. Mr. Tiwari is taking extra money from the people by collaborating with the labor on the name of hamali charges. Also, one of staff was saying that what we are said is the rules & it is above of the Indian constitution.

My question is that...If Hamali charges is added to once in original receipt then why VRL charging extra hamali charges ?

If there is any kind of charges applicable then why they are not providing GST bill for that services ?

This above parcel was booked from panckula to madurai on 8/9/22. Three packages were booked. Only two reached the destination on 20/9/22. One parcel not received till 28/9/22. When asked they said they have no means of tracking said package and we were made to wait for four hours. Then we were informed to go and that they will inform when the parcel reaches destination. But no information regarding parcel. Please help

My 2 package should deliver by 16th of September from siliguri.. but i got only one.. 2times we went to transport office in cotton market and have been called several times.. but not getting the proper response..everyone is giving this and that number to call.. but stil didnt get the result.. now my package is 10day late.. its very depressing.. I am the owner of Shreyansh Creation, Surat, I booked a parcel from vrl Surat Neyol branch on dated[protected] of bill no. 1/440 to Prakash Traders, Bengaluru. VRL refuse us to give our bilty of that bill, as he said once bilty is printed second time we were not print bilty.
but i shreyansh creation didn't recieve bilty from vrl neyol. we are very disappointed from that vrl neyol branch that they are not provide us bilty of that parcel.
