The delivery destination changed and sent to another point, but after even mail to head office, There isn't any proper reply or response from their side....

Lr no # [protected] my goods are delivered as they reached to vrl logistics 2 days early also those are not sent to my shop because of it iam getting losing customer to my shop....

We were tracking our consignment LRno.[protected] which showed reached salem on 20th but till 22nd was not despatched to coimbatore. So we tried to contact salem office as per Google search. Since no response from the provided number we tried another number written tollfree [protected] which was given in comments.He responded immediately introducing himself as VRL staff and inquired all the details. Then after sometime he called back and informed...

Received only 84 kg against LR / Invoice weight of 100 kg.

very costly material - Rs.420/- per kg.

We have informed the Kottayam to track the one packages. VRL kottayam said to follow with VRL Salem. Inspite of several follow up with Salem Branch no response. Nobody is taking serious to track the material. Since this the Railway RDSO inspected material...

Our supplier booked a parcel on 28/07/2022, from Tirupur. The parcel (tracking [protected]) reached SALEM From tirupur and from there it is not moving. When i complained they updated on 4th, that it is loaded from SALEM To Vijayawada. Today again on 9th they updated it is loaded from SALEM to Vijayawada. How many days we have to wait, as the parcel is not moving from SALEM and i contacted customer care they are forwarding to SALEM TPT but...

They say they will charge freight of 20 kg goods as per 50kg 60 kg and after that they say " it's on your mood if we wish we will charge as much as we can and you can't do any thing want to book material book it otherwise go to hell"" these are their language

We have booked the material with 500kgs but they have charged of 800Kgs even in volume which cannot be 2500/- rupees variance.
Then at the time of delivery they have also agreed by seeing the weight in VRL weigh bridge itself.

But the answer was is due to LR has raised we couldn't support from delivery branch you have to discuss with booking branch....

I had put my bike for transferring to wagholi pune from honavar it has been damaged heavily even after payin more tham 5k. The lr no is [protected]. It is a heavy shock for me to see my bike like this. I would need an answer for this for break me emotionally and my bike physically....
