    Address: VRL Logistics Khordha, near village palla, back side of collector office

    Dear sir,

    The VRL courier office at Khordha district/orissa, always asking Money when I receiving my material, where as I already paid the full courier charges to the seller during my order payment.

    When I asked why u charging extra amount, then they reply us it's our labor cost. So it's really totally black mailing to our district people's. Myself faced 2 times during receiving my material.

    I would request you to please take strong action about this case.

        Dear sir/madam my lr no [protected] booking from komarapalayam to faizabad of 25 article.
        In 25 article one time i recieved 23 bags, 2 bags missing after some time i got 1 bag and after some time i got 1 bag . Last bag is not my item this wastage material not my use
        Si i request that please find my own bag and if you are unable to find please provide me claim

          Dear TEAM
          As I booked VRL bus KA25AA6029 seat number lower 13 & lower 7, with the name of Prashant & Meenakshi, but from Solapur booking office illegally alloted our seat to different passenger.
          Which created conflict, which is not acceptable. Need serious action on this.

            I have a bad experience as I was taking 20 boxes and my hamali amount was only 200 but they charged me 500 when i asked them they have gave me in writing but they deduct only 180 rupees and also they loss me for 120 and also they are so rudely talking

                  I am regular customer of VRL.
                  The staff at karolbagh is very rude and cheaters they are charging more than the prescribed.
                  For books it is 7-8 rs but they are telling like 16rs
                  For clothes they are telling like 24-25 rs.
                  If you dont control your bottom line workers it will bring you bad reputation and sometime leads to collapse of trust in people

                    Vrl logistics rajhans transport nagar kadodara suraj gujrat booked 20 barrels of lubricatng oils from kingzone luricants and automotive via consignment note number [protected]. Dt.29.07.2022 to adg corporation west bengal.

                    While delivering the products they delivered 19 brls of the same .They are not compensating for short materials supplied.

                    This is regular practice with vrl logistics suraj branch .Last time as well they delivered 210 kg short materil via consignment note number [protected] dt 15/07/2021

After repeated telephonic follow up at local office ( Lohamandi Indore) not responded still lying at godown and giving false feedback. Even company assigned customer care no. n E mail not responded. Now What to do ? Please advise.I has become nightmare. Such a unprofessional n irresponsible team.

                        They will call you constantly to avail their service and once they pick up the luggage, after that they charge wat too much extra money. They don't tell about those charges before pickup

                                    The above LR being despatched from Kolkata to Kottayam totally 3 packages. Out of 3 packages only 2 packages only received at Kottayam.
                                    We have informed the Kottayam to track the one packages. VRL kottayam said to follow with VRL Salem. Inspite of several follow up with Salem Branch no response. Nobody is taking serious to track the material. Since this the Railway RDSO inspected material we have issue the material to Railways. It is almost one month passed no track of the material. Kindly take this matter as most urgent.
