    The above LR being despatched from Kolkata to Kottayam totally 3 packages. Out of 3 packages only 2 packages only received at Kottayam.
    We have informed the Kottayam to track the one packages. VRL kottayam said to follow with VRL Salem. Inspite of several follow up with Salem Branch no response. Nobody is taking serious to track the material. Since this the Railway RDSO inspected material we have issue the material to Railways. It is almost one month passed no track of the material. Kindly take this matter as most urgent.

        Our supplier booked a parcel on 28/07/2022, from Tirupur. The parcel (tracking [protected]) reached SALEM From tirupur and from there it is not moving. When i complained they updated on 4th, that it is loaded from SALEM To Vijayawada. Today again on 9th they updated it is loaded from SALEM to Vijayawada. How many days we have to wait, as the parcel is not moving from SALEM and i contacted customer care they are forwarding to SALEM TPT but no one is responding properly with information.

            My company's medicine is held at the Delhi warehouse for the last 10 days. We are contacting through customer care number and email but no response from the VRL side. This is one of our fast-moving brands and we are currently out of stock. So we are losing business every day.

              Hi Team,
              I complaint against person which is hired for chandrapur place. The name of person Sachin Harshad Rawal. He is not committed properly. My parcel received today 30 July and he told me office will open in 5pm. After reached in office 6 pm the office is closed and I called sachin he told me I will come 1/2 hr. So we Wait 6.30 . Again we called sachin he told me I will come after 1hr, we frustrated truly. What is the service VRL provided. Why he will not haired more staff to VRL office. At list we collect the parcel.                 Dear Sir
                Your worker at vrl logistics karikuan branch varanasi are so bad and rude to the extent that they ready to fight with customer mad people
                They say they will charge freight of 20 kg goods as per 50kg 60 kg and after that they say " it's on your mood if we wish we will charge as much as we can and you can't do any thing want to book material book it otherwise go to hell"" these are their language

                    I booked a Consignment t o be delivered from Surat to Khopoli on 18th July and today 26th July the consignment has still not reached Khopoli. I made several follow-ups and informed their officials the seriousness about the situation and loss i am suffering due to delay from their side. But still it looks like they are least interested to understand my problems. Unprofessional staff. The Consignment coming from Surat to reach Khopoli if it takes more than 9 - 10 days imagine what kind of service these people are providing.

                      Dear Customer Care,
                      Have booked single ticket for a female travelling from Sholapur to Bangalore ie on 26th july 2022.
                      For first transaction I didn’t get any ticket but my account was debited.
                      Thinking that transaction didn’t happen I booked again and got ticket and money was also deducted.
                      I need refund for one ticket.
                      Could you please process it soon

                            We have booked the material with 500kgs but they have charged of 800Kgs even in volume which cannot be 2500/- rupees variance.
                            Then at the time of delivery they have also agreed by seeing the weight in VRL weigh bridge itself.

                            But the answer was is due to LR has raised we couldn't support from delivery branch you have to discuss with booking branch.

                              I had put my bike for transferring to wagholi pune from honavar it has been damaged heavily even after payin more tham 5k. The lr no is [protected].                                 We have booked the goods from Hyderabad to Mysore on 7.7.22 and they assured us to deliver household goods within 5 days but still they have not delivered and now even they stopped to pick our call, this is very serious issue as our household items are very important to us, kindly look into the matter and solve it

                                    I am traveling from VRL bus number MH09EM7782 and in this I face water leakage from windows seat number U30. This is 3 time I face same issue in VRL bus while traveling to Pune and Nagpur route.
                                    I have paid for single seat but I have to adjust in two seat berth with other passenger.
                                    Your service worsen day by day will be effect your business one day if you not improve it

                                      Parcel was fully paid at start point but still charging "miscellaneous" at the destination. This is nothing but a scam. Please top management look into the matter.
