Dear sir/madam,
we book VRL service for door delivery when shipment reach destination place at that time pune office ask extra amount other then our booked receipt amount and not delivery our shipment.
also we booked on 08.04.2022 and destination they got on 14.04.2022 the distance between from to destination place is 750 km approx. and they take more then 6 days please solve our query

I am a regular customer who use VRL buses for travel.
On 10, April 2022, I booked a bus to Sirsi. A pick up bus brought me to VRL office at Sheshadri Road at 8:26. I have not received the bus number or driver contact details. When enquired, they asked me to walk to Gandhinagar office and bus will leave by 9pm. I rushed without having food and walked for half an hour to reach out Gandhi nagar since the place was not familiar.
Till 9:14 pm no details was sent about my travel bus. I got to know the bus number by asking lot of people.
The customer care number was not reachable. I tried more than 10 times.

The situation made me anxious since any communication was not there. This was not expected by VRL.

I opted for VRL cargo movers and packers to shift my things from Kalyan, Maharashtra to Rohini, Delhi. Vijay is he person I was in contact with. They took my parcel on 27th March 2022. I showed to delivery man that this parcel weighs 30kg in total. The quote was it will be 65Rs per kg of weight and that amounted to Rs1950. I made partial payment of Rs1500 at time of pickup. The VRL person Vijay called after 2 days and said that parcel weighs...

Vrl Logistics ltd booked consignment on date 28/03/22 but the status is showing transit to Salem. We have tried to contact the number several times to landline and mobile[protected] but not picking up and when we try with our phone numbers to[protected] always busy. Consignment number [protected] still status is unknown.

This is to bring to your notice that the office staff in gokak vrl office has behaved rudely and unprofessional. They are not co operative and behaving in in disciplinary manner. Hence I had to cancel my parcel and return it to sender. It's our request to teach your office staff to behave in proper manner.

LR No.[protected] of 6 box booked on 22/03/2022, in that i received only 5 box and remaining one box is short during delivery.
Already 3 days over and I'm follow up everyday by phone call still not find short one box .

Pls itz my request kindly Find the short one box and deliver to my address as soon.

After that I got the information within 7 work days, my amount will be refunded by my bank a/c, But still the amount is not credited. i called to so many VRL customer care, but i am not getting proper solutions. it's totally bad services giving to customer. they cheating to customer amount.

I have complaint regarding Satara VRL office branch- booking incharge.

Booking incharge making much more time for booking material. At time of any one come to your office for material booking you tolerate them.

Totally damaged our doors, while sending to customer, two doors coast almost 1lakh and above, we are well packed, but very pathetic service

My kids felt very very bad without tv, . They told me not to book vrl nect time. I would like know the valid reason.

I'm many times trying to Your office but nobody response

MR. Vaibhav (mob no- [protected]) sent parcel of 500 soaps to me via VRL Logistics courier (AWB no- [protected]) on 09.12.2021 from Dehradun to Muzaffarpur. The parcel reached Muzaffarpur office on 16.12.2021. when I contacted my local vrl officials in December, they refused to give parcel saying- they will deliver by January as they have some procedures to do before delivery. i waited whole Jan for the parcel to be delivered. whole feb. still...

Hello I am Manish actually my friend booked a parcel from Dharmapuri Tamilnadu to Nowrozabad in Madhya Pradesh on 5th of March after waiting for pleasant 5 days on 10th I got a call from so-called "VRL Jabalpur" that your parcel came plz take it off and I said what I got a clear reason for that question from here my place to Jabalpur it will be around 140kms so how can I come to that far to take up a big package(6'feet length 6'feet width) its almost impossible task for me and after discussing with Mr. Mishra he said that pay full due and take it from here which is 2411 and it concludes Freight -1625 stationary cahrges-50 handling charges -75 door delivery charges -600 toll/FOV/sms it's around 61 and total costing would be 2411rs and when I asked what is the difference between door delievery charges and normal bill charges they have been concluded that it is service charge and this is compulosry you need to pay and i got a little stroke and after getting no pleasant response from them when I called up the customer care team they told me that clear difference between that two if the product is delievered to your door steps then its conclude that door delievery charge which is around 600 rupees and when i asking for the solution he said plz call Dharmapuri branch or Jabalpur branch for the resolution and i waited for almost two days after 2 days the VRL dharmapuri branch called, me and said that if you wont take that package before monday then it will be revert back to dharamapuri and screaming at me and i hung up the phone after searches i figured it out that its a holy scam which is running through VRL logistics that he will accept every location in the world which you throw at him and they will be deliviring that package to that location which they have access basically they have office at that location they will deliviring to those place only but they refuse to tell that because they want money thats it and if you want clarification here is my Lrno- [protected].

Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

It's a kind request to team pls don't stop 🚍 to such place or else kind request you people to do some mystry audit so u people wil also come to knw what quality they are serving for you

This is to inform you that, today ibhad been to your Godown to pick the stock vide LR no-[protected] of two cases.

While taking the delivery I found one cartoon was damaged and without company wraper, as a result of which I have decided to count the stock.

While I opened the cartoon found 9-10 box was completely damaged and strips of medicines are in ruptured condition.

I have raised the complain to the DGM Mr. Harihar Rao, of Bhubaneswar. But not only he denied to raise the complain rather trying to impose that we are in a practice to claim for recovery the money.

He also talked to our Manager of Chandigarh who was a lady, but the behavior was so rude that can't be explained.
According to him the squeezed medicine can be sold without any hindrance as if he is a Dr or Chemist.

All the staffs of yours were present while I took the photo but according to him photo was also manipulated.

We are in a business to mankind and so do you too. But the behaviour and the dealing with customers are so horrible that you can take a notes of it.

Insted of making things mutually managable, rather he cautiond the staff not to entertain any such thing.

Company staff not respond to delivery over delay to parcel COMBITAORE dis pollachi branch

I wanted to move my bike along with my earphone from kundapura to raichur so I decided to move by vrl logistics. I paid 5780 for the transportation. Before handling my bike and earphone the courier partner of kundapura examined the vehicle and I informed him that I am keeping my earphone along with the bike and he said don't worry please keep it no one will take it. But when I received my bike in raichur the earphone was stolen. The earphone was worth ₹2190 which was of oneplus brand. Now I need my earphone back or else refund the money. I never expected such a shameful robbery by vrl logistics. Give back my earphone as soon as possible or else I will register a robbery complaint against vrl kundapura
