Whenever we collect our shipment from VRL logistics Durgapur West Bengal there labour demanding extra money for releasing shipments.
Please stop this types of nonsense.

I expected parcel in one day and planned the work accordingly. But it went to random far away place and came 2 days later causing problems for me. The real issue is rude and arrogant reply of staff. I was not informed when the parcel arrived. I was not informed to bring I'd card xerox. The staff says he is available only between 10 to 5. I am a farmer and I need the parcel for agri work. This working hours caused delay more than 3 days. At last I had to buy new ones locally causing loss to both srn agro company and my self. After causing trauma through phone calls the staff showed very disrespectful body language as if I am his slave. I asked him to provide the parcel after noting my id number. There is no xerox shop near by. I can't keep taking loss of time due to this incompetent staff. He asked his junior staff not to speak to me. I am not ready to see his face again. He claims that he is having 4000 customers so that he can't provide good service to me. I hope you will resolve the issue. I don't wish to escalate the matter to consumer court. Our parcel(total 3 parcels) from surat to vrl gajuwaka was booked for transport with vrl logistics, ID- [protected] on[protected] and it reach reached visakhapatnam on 8th. We only got 2 parcels delivered at gajuwaka vrl logistics hub on[protected] and one parcel is stucked in anandapuram branch and till now it is not moved from their and we are continuously call them to send our parcel to our nearest hub. Please looku after this.

Please to inform you that we have send our goods by vrl logistics on 01 december 2021 from changodar, ahmedabad to haridwar pin code 249402. But still not any updates and why so delayed deliver. Our material has been at delhi on 7 december but still at delhi tpt not forwarde3d ahed for haridwar and today is almost 5 days in delhi tpt why so slower deliver of my material. Please do the need ful.

I have ordered clothes material from Surat mata ji Fasion on 02 dec 2021 and they booked the vrl transport on 02 dec and transport reached Visakhapatnam on 09 dec 21 on vrl branch that is 50 km away from my home outside the city and another vrl branch near my gazuaka branch so I called him transfer my material that branch but they are not responding and not picked my call

Everytime when i put some parcel in vrl the buyer gets less products. And when i complain it to the branch they give excuse by saying there was wrong packing. This is the wrong concept to put all on supplier

Sir consignment no [protected] booked from Surat niyol branch to guntur on 6.12.2021.But material is held at Surat TPT up to today 10.12.2021. I need material urgently sir.
I observed that material booked after 7.12.2021 also dispatched from Surat TPT.

Sir Today 9/12/2021 Evening Time 5:30 K I took a bicycle parcel box and went to VR L Transport on R.V collage becide Mysore Road where 1 spoke to the computer operator.I took a bicycle parcel box and went to the VRL transport on RV collage becide Mysore Road. See, sir, how do we know? Tell yourself.I said, "Well, I just took it and put it on the queen. I became a patient. It was 17.kg. Sir 17kg. Sir Daddy's address is just like that. Sir Sir Bardini said the same thing. When he brought the box box and told me the whole thing. I do not even say a word. Throw me in the face of a cyokka stalker who talked to me differently. I don't know why they work for me, sir, I have a lot of sarcasm.

One of the worst services u ppl r providing us ur just making fools to commen persons its really discusting i have sent corrier from Raichur to Belgum on Sunday 05/12/2021 they said me next day morning it will b delivered, since that to till today no one is came for delivery and wen our officers went to take that parcel they r playing with us since its urgent documents its giving me trouble financial and mentally requesting u kindly take the strong action on Raichur VRL OFFICE AND BELGUM VRL OFFICE kindly clear this by Tomorrow morning 11:30 am or else will going the file the case

Extra charges he takes from me and gaves me bad service

We have dispatched the goods on 25/11/2021, and goods iare still hold at delhi without any reason.
We are loosing our clients because of this ignorance.

The complaint is regarding the miss placed of the consignment booked on 14.08.2021 by Keerthi Sarees Gulbarga under the POD Number [protected] to be delivered at Bidar . But the consignment did't delivered.

when we have contacted the local VRL Logistic Office Bidar they assured us that they will get back to us soon but they didn't turned, we continuously following it up with the Bidar Office.

Later after the three months also we had not received the consignment.

When the area manager of Gulbarga had visited at Bidar on 27.11.2021 he informed the procedure to the manager of Bidar how to proceed further towards refund of the amount,

We had contacted the Manager of Bidar office on his mobile number [protected] on 04.12.2021 he is asking us for the to provide the bank account details for the refund with out mentioning the amount of refund and asking us for the negotiation in the amount, we have denied for the negotiation we required full amount of Rs 16545.24/-.

The manager inform us the that the amount had to paid from his pocket and he is unable to give full amount but we denied the offer we require full amount to be refunded.

Hello, with response to their previous reply regarding the consignment - [protected], which is stuck in Delhi TPT since four days.

They replied that due to pollution the diesel vehicles are banned hence there was no loading etc. For which i asked them on the email and also in the previous complaint here as well that what will be the next step? For that they are not answering.

Firstly why have they sent it via delhi when there is this situation going on, whereas from Meerut to Osmanabad the easiest and closest route was through Greater noida or Gaziabad, then towards agra etc. They have unnecessarily taken the diversion towards Delhi which is very inconvenient for everyone now.

I just need to know what exactly are they going to do next, and approximately when is the package going to be delivered..?

Hello, i was expecting a package ordered form Meerut to Osmanabad sent through VRL Logistics on 30th November. The consignment tracking number is - [protected].

I have been watching the tracking details, but there is no any movement since 1st dec. The package is held in delhi since then. I repeatedly called the vrl customer care on[protected].

They keep saying there vehicle loading, some said that there is no vehicle for transport yet. one person said it is on the way, which means all are giving false assurances. I also mailed their multiple branches including [protected]@vrllogistics.com, but they didn't reply anything. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 7 days. Now since there is no any movement at all, how can they be trusted!

My consignment no [protected], when I received then I found one box package was cut, I ask them for weight, but they tell me they have no such facility. When I weigh it in my home I found 1.3kg material was stolen.
