Our lr had 7 nag parcel in this [protected] in which 6 nag has been received 1 nag is missing please find that parcel and cast to reach.

We had dispatched material 22days ago from Mumbai to Coimbatore, but one package was missing at the time of delivery, but still it is not delivered....

Today 27th July 2021bus number KA25D1116. I've noticed that VRL bus driver violating COVID19 rules. Allowing illegal passenger in VRL bus taking money from them which may cause VRL reputation damage. I sincerely request VRL authorities to start an investigation on this.

Sir, you yourself will be a branded and good company but have not seen such a poor transport service, even after calling continuously for the last 2 days, Delhi, Calcutta, Dehradun and any phone no received by you is not received due to lack in your service. shows. On 25/07/21 my friend did well packed with soft fome in box. And did courier[protected] from Bagalkot to Banglore ..the material was complete desktop like monitor, cpu, keyboard, mouse and I received the material on 26th afternoon around 1PM, and when I opened and saw the material .I got to know that ..my LG monitor display damaged and CPU metal edge got damaged with 2 dent & scratchs and I called to the VRL delivery man ..he asked photos...

I have transported a Sofa cum bed via Lr Number - [protected] from Kirti Nagar Delhi to Ahmednagar through VRL Logistics...the item when it was received was damaged quite a lot wherein the wood had completely broken from one side, the mattress had been eaten by rats and there were scratches all over the new furniture item...this company is completely irresponsible and they need pay damages for my furniture...

One of the employee Mr. X...[protected] Of vrl prayagraj branch, he got my token amount via google pay dated 14 july 2021, but due to worst response i have cancelled the order, still he didn't repay my token amount, and he is talking badly to the customers.
I need my token amount back....

Yesterday i travelled from pune wakad hinjewadi to Bidar, at Boarding point Sachin travels VRl office at wakad Hinjewadi bridge the operator took 500 rs from me beacuse i dont have RTPCT test done in last 72 hrs although i have taken my first dose of vacine.
He asked me to give 500 rs i will give you fake RTPCR report and you can travel otherwise i want allow you to enter in to travels. After taking 500 rs from me he has not provided...

Dear Sir/Ma'am... I have sent an email regarding the above mentioned LR number on the 8th of July. My client in Ahmedabad was visited by Mr. Pravin Kumar but until now there has been no offer of a solution to my complaint. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Very bad behaviour all staff...

[protected] is my tracking ID. As per the tracking details today morning I could see the consignment at my nearest destination Madikeri which is 30km far away from my home. After I travelled towards logistics they denied to give me the delivery and also there was a rude behaviour by the executive saying "That if you want the consignment you yourself has to unload and take it" this is not fare. Unloading 45kg order by a customer. This didn't...

I book goods from coimbatore on 30.06.2021 to raipur i get goods on 10/07/2021 but goods have been exchange .My material went to kolkatta please resolve my problem...

Hear vrl they are not accepting cheque below 10000/- bill value they are telling this is the rule of company we won’t accept cheque below 10000 value
Is this is the service we get through vrl
So we will swift our services to other transport...

Its for Kerala kollam location but even after 06 days its not delivered. On tracking page its still showing in salem Hub that too updated on 13 July. Pls expedite delivery...

The service of VRL Transport is pathetic. We had booked 6 nos of parcel. Weight 80 kg. In LR receipt they have mentioned weight 250 kg which is inappropriate, and they h've charged such a huge amount just for 6 boxes which is 80 kg. While having telephonic conversation they said we charged according to the weight of the box. After booking the transport they h've charged according to the size of the box which is irrelevant. I'll recommend...

The service in Vrl transport, clock tower nalgonda is too worse.

1. The person is taking more than one hour to give my bag.
2. The person is charging more money on top of transport bill
For eg. Bill - Rs.410, taking - Rs.500
3. The person is very rude and talking bad words. He is telling that i can tell to anyone and he is not bothered about it.
4. He is constantly telling to change the transport...
