Dear sir this mitul shah from shaswat incense products pvt ltd we have booked matrial from ahmedabad to kolkata seal pack matrial was broken nd also we have said to vrl brach kolkata didi not get any reply before 5 month we have face problem in machine which they have broken whole woodan box pls avoid this service for long run thanks

I was contacted by Vrl agent for package delivery. His name is Ravindra Kumar. He packed 10 boxes of my kitchen items at bengaluru and gave Vrl bill via WhatsApp. After which I paid him 50% payment. The delivery was supposed to happen to Lingsugur, Karnataka on 8th of august. Till now no delivery Andes he is not picking the call. Please help goods were worth 20k rupees.

We find the above said lr no bundle was missed by your company, we have already given complaint at madurai vrl logistics no : 47, cmr road balarengapuram, madurai - 625009
also we have given claim settlement letter-1 dated on 29-03-21
and claim letter-2, dated on 31-07-21 .
The value of missed bundle is rs 15, 761, for inv no:2207 dt.30-01-21 and freight paid rs 740 .
The total value of our claim is rs 16, 501/- only.
Several times we have approached to your above address, the manager mr.Pandi and c-godown manager mr.Saravanan ignored our complaint, havent taken any response .
Kindly, settle our claim immediately and do the needful .

I have booked a consignment from GAJUWAKA (VISAKHAPATNAM) to BARODA(POR) WIT LR NO [protected] DT:10-07-21 but the consignment didnt reach the destination till now i:e[protected] while checking the status its regularly showing the consignment inward at pune and left over at pune from a long time .
I request you to look into the matter and make sure the consignment reaches the desired destination or return back to the sender

Booked material from Vasai on 4-08-21. to Hyd Pattancheru door delivery
Material loaded on[protected].
Booked to Hyderabad pattancheru and reached to pattancheru on[protected] am.
as on 11-08-21 delivery is not done.
Material is sending for our usage purpose and not for time pass. Material delivery is very worst in VRL, we think about another transported.
From Mumbai to Pattancheru taking 8 days is is not acceptable.
Pls do the needful

My pick point is kheda vrl and the send to narol and after
I ask the are told pick up to narol and kheda to narol is 20km . Who will give transportation charges
And the superior activities are not good please action on that thanks

I had booked a ticket for 2 from Hubli to Bangalore on Ramdurg-Bangalore sleeper bus. I was surprised to see my seats were allocated to others till Hubli. The other passengers got down at Hubli. After this at least my expectation was that the seats will be sanitized. When asked nobody even cared to losten to my concern. I book VRL thinking it is safe in every way. But after this incident I am thinking its just a hype and VRL is not bothered about passenger safety. At least somebody would have listened to my genuine concern. Very bad service.

I Received My Parcel Torn And Then Also Sealed By White Tape In My Parcel, there were 100 Pcs. of Health Product but I only received 91 Pcs..

Total damage boxes I received at mahuva.

My family recently encountered a fraudulent company purporting to be VRL Movers and Packers, through a website (http://www.vrl-mover.com) that was similar to the original website. We handed over our car to these people, after packing it with valuable possessions, as we were shifting from Manipal, Karnataka to Guwahati, Assam.
These people demanded 30, 000 rupees full payment before accepting the car.
Later, after taking the car, they asked for 30, 000 rupees more in the name of insurance.

One month passed. July 2nd to August 2nd, 2021.
These people rarely picked up the phone when we called.
Later, we found out they had allegedly handed over the car to a third party.
The third party dropped the car off in Hyderabad, fearing police involvement.
When we got the car, we found that all the valuable items had been stolen.

Last two day above mentioned consignment stuck in Bangalore. This consignment urgent one please shift immediately.

so it seems true picture is not reflected of material delivery

I had been to VRL logistics office at Manipal, Udupi, Karnataka.
I am from USA and had some luggage to be moved to Bangalore.
I had been to the office for the same.

No one bothered to look at my face or answer my queries. It was a higly unprofessional way to handle a customer.
The name of the person was Mr Arun Kudva
I request the authorities to teach him and his team some basic manners.

I also want the updates on the action taken.
Seeing this behavior I shall not recommend anyone to use the VRL service especially from Manipal.

I'm syed Asghar Ali proprietor of Health care distributor.My maximum Medicine stock supply through by VRL transport only because you are punctual supply on time but last two time my consignment not reached Hyderabad at time like to share you both LR number with booking date and i will give you Lr copy in attachment also kindly check.
My first consignment LR no...[protected] booked from karnal to Hyderabad on 21/7/2021 but stock stuck in delhi only after 12 days when I call to karnal branch and who booked the stock then she call to vrl delhi then on 03/08/2021 next day in VRL tracking shown transfer to Hyderabad and Karnal lady told me on 07/08/2021 evening delhi vrl person tell stock reached to Hyderabad but when I search 08/08/2021 today in tracking that LR no the consignment show same transfer Delhi to Hyderabad.
In same happened in my 2 consignment which in booked on 03/08/2021 LR no...[protected] form Ambala to Hyderabad but this consignment also stuck in Delhi almost 5 days over consignment keep in delhi why this type service you provide us this both have medicine consignment. Show your seriousness and release my consignment from Delhi as soon as if you lose both consignment then also you conform me without any delay. For any inquiry any thing which you not understand please call me any time.

My client book material from Patiala to Meerut which I collected on 13-07-21. my client booked 03 packages.
Meerut branch office delivered me 02 packages out of 03.
01 was short they informed me that short packages laying down at delhi
and assured to deliver with 2-3 days.
i have done many times contact to them to collect but all time pushed it 2 to 3 days. they are making lame excuse day by day.

VRL logistics very poor quality service. I booked bike 19th July delivered 3Aug. My LR NO -[protected] . Bike fully damaged cage packing not properly, inside cage bike rooted how??? Because vrl service and his employees fully nonsense don't know how packing in cage, I complain every social media and youtub twiter also. Who response damaged in my bake. I can't believe vrl logistics take limka award. I paid RS 14000.00 to vrl. I want refund
