Very bad experience with this service we had couriered material but during transport it has been damaged badly and whole box wet in rain, bz of it customer not ready to accept material and that
material is high rated, poor service not even customer support

Updated by rd auto Dear VRL team,

we had already uploaded phots of material, water got into box and its quit compute system machine in transit your courier partner didn't maintain proper box that bz machine has out of order, now customer not ready to accept.

its our request kindly solve this case soon or pay material charges

      Re: LR No.1049947684 . Goods damaged in transit.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am... I have sent an email regarding the above mentioned LR number on the 8th of July. My client in Ahmedabad was visited by Mr. Pravin Kumar but until now there has been no offer of a solution to my complaint. Please do the needful at the earliest.

        [protected] is my tracking ID. As per the tracking details today morning I could see the consignment at my nearest destination Madikeri which is 30km far away from my home. After I travelled towards logistics they denied to give me the delivery and also there was a rude behaviour by the executive saying "That if you want the consignment you yourself has to unload and take it" this is not fare. Unloading 45kg order by a customer. This didn't happened anywhere till now. As per my knowledge this is the first time I am seeing a executive saying a customer to unload. There after again he demanded for the ID card. For that again I need to travel back 30km to my home and take the order. It costed me more than 1k.
        So, I am moving towards media and consumer court for the justice.

              Its for Kerala kollam location but even after 06 days its not delivered. On tracking page its still showing in salem Hub that too updated on 13 July. Pls expedite delivery

                The service of VRL Transport is pathetic. We had booked 6 nos of parcel. Weight 80 kg. In LR receipt they have mentioned weight 250 kg which is inappropriate, and they h've charged such a huge amount just for 6 boxes which is 80 kg. While having telephonic conversation they said we charged according to the weight of the box. After booking the transport they h've charged according to the size of the box which is irrelevant. I'll recommend you all please never avail this service. i h've shared reference LR RECEIPT.

                    The service in Vrl transport, clock tower nalgonda is too worse.

                    1. The person is taking more than one hour to give my bag.
                    2. The person is charging more money on top of transport bill
                    For eg. Bill - Rs.410, taking - Rs.500
                    3. The person is very rude and talking bad words. He is telling that i can tell to anyone and he is not bothered about it.
                    4. He is constantly telling to change the transport i dont know why

                    There are many problems apart from this but these are few which i need immediate action

                    This is not the first time i am facing the issue but now i lost the patience and giving the complaint.

                    Solve these issues ASAP otherwise it may lead to severe action.

                        Booked non AC bus but they forced me into AC bus

                        I am traveling right now on July 10th 2021 from Bangalore to Dharwad. I had booked Non AC bus as I can't withstand AC bus travelling. But even without informing, they got me into AC bus which is pathetic. How is VRL's service so pathetic? Also there is no washroom in Yashwanthpur VRL office where our pick up van dropped us 2 hours before our actual bus finally reached. What action do you really take from these complaints?...

                        I got 1 box short from lr. No.[protected] dated:06/04/21. Today after 3 months i still didn't get that box even after contacting vrl office and godown here in aurangabad, maharashtra.

                        This is 3rd time, this happened. Boxes short from the lot should be delivered by time. Material like medicines have their expiry date, that shouldn't be kept for long. Injectables should be kept cool.

                        Please look in this matter.

                                    I've been asking them since from past 5 days, ter is no proper reply and response too... It is clearly mentioned the office address on the parcel but they delivered to some were I told to pick it up and deliver to office no reply from any one... Very very disappointed...
