Drive not stop any point for break for eat and drink and washroom in any hotel he take new and worst route whe I ask why you take new route he told Andra border police take him 5000rupes I did not get vrl don't have all india permits and on the middle of journey bus has problem night 2.45 am vrl not able to arrange any other bus to carry passengers. Today 27th July 2021bus number KA25D1116. I've noticed that VRL bus driver violating COVID19 rules. Allowing illegal passenger in VRL bus taking money from them which may cause VRL reputation damage. I sincerely request VRL authorities to start an investigation on this.

On 25/07/21 my friend did well packed with soft fome in box. And did courier[protected] from Bagalkot to Banglore ..the material was complete desktop like monitor, cpu, keyboard, mouse and I received the material on 26th afternoon around 1PM, and when I opened and saw the material .I got to know that ..my LG monitor display damaged and CPU metal edge got damaged with 2 dent & scratchs and I called to the VRL delivery man ..he asked photos so he can talk with his team and I am really disappointed in VRL service ...

Sir I talked with Mr. Pujari from Bagalkot branch he is not talking any action ..just simply he is giving me a number of Shalini" banglore branch " then I called her after so many calls ..she replied and talked with Me about the issue .. then she said her Manager Mr .Mantesh is on leave ..so he will return on Friday .. I will inform to manager and he will discuss with u, Shalini said this to me.
So I will talk to Manager ... If he not give solution ... Then I will take action against this people through law

I have transported a Sofa cum bed via Lr Number - [protected] from Kirti Nagar Delhi to Ahmednagar through VRL Logistics...the item when it was received was damaged quite a lot wherein the wood had completely broken from one side, the mattress had been eaten by rats and there were scratches all over the new furniture item...this company is completely irresponsible and they need pay damages for my furniture

No such thing... furniture was brought in from the delivery branch correctly in a truck as single item...and how can delivery branch can say that product was delivered in OK condition when the package was not opened there...it had been opened at the house...very unprofessional behaviour

Yesterday i travelled from pune wakad hinjewadi to Bidar, at Boarding point Sachin travels VRl office at wakad Hinjewadi bridge the operator took 500 rs from me beacuse i dont have RTPCT test done in last 72 hrs although i have taken my first dose of vacine.
He asked me to give 500 rs i will give you fake RTPCR report and you can travel otherwise i want allow you to enter in to travels. After taking 500 rs from me he has not provided me any certificate or no one asked for any RTPCR test in journey.
This was not expected from VRL brand, i want my 500 rs back and you should punish that guy, he is doing this with other passengers as well. You should take strict action against him.
I wont travel in VRL any more in future due to this incident.

we had already uploaded phots of material, water got into box and its quit compute system machine in transit your courier partner didn't maintain proper box that bz machine has out of order, now customer not ready to accept.

its our request kindly solve this case soon or pay material charges

[protected] is my tracking ID. As per the tracking details today morning I could see the consignment at my nearest destination Madikeri which is 30km far away from my home. After I travelled towards logistics they denied to give me the delivery and also there was a rude behaviour by the executive saying "That if you want the consignment you yourself has to unload and take it" this is not fare. Unloading 45kg order by a customer. This didn't happened anywhere till now. As per my knowledge this is the first time I am seeing a executive saying a customer to unload. There after again he demanded for the ID card. For that again I need to travel back 30km to my home and take the order. It costed me more than 1k.
So, I am moving towards media and consumer court for the justice.
