Shipment booked from GREATER NOIDA (U.P.) to PERUNDURAI
We had dispatch the goods on 28.06.21 and not yet delivered from past 9 days, Lot of pressure from customer to raise penalty.
As per Tracking on your website material is at Salem Tpt form 03.07.21.
Customer had sent their person to collect the material, but As VRL Salem No material is available.
We are getting the...

        Its for Kerala Trissur location but even after 11 days its not delivered. On tracking page its still showing in Bangalore Hub that too updated on 2nd July. Pls expedite delivery

                On 3rd July, it was shown that consignment was loaded on 2nd July 11 pm and some odd hours. But again on 4th July it was shown that consignment was loaded today 6 am and odd hors. How it is possible.

                  This is worst service i ever found, You will take nearly 5 days to deliver the item with in Karnataka, Nobody will ready to answer customers call. Very Poor service. Hopeless delivery. Useless tracking websites, Irresponsible Staffs.

                    Item delayed about 3 days.Even after reaching the Godown there taking almost 2 days to unload the item.
                    Its already .

                    Taking too much time for giving silly reasons.

                            I am from Udaipur, RAJASTHAN. My parcel is regularly coming from Bengaluru to Udaipur. But your personnel of sukher branch not even delivering the goods outside the godown. The says that it will charge extra amount if they will release the goods outside godown. So i have to go inside your godown and load the consignment by myself

                                My party has book one consignment through vrl logistic same is not headed over to me due to non availability of for stamp.
                                I personally visited I have shown the message received in my registered mobile.
                                You should change the policy you need to confirm whether the person coming to receive goods is genuine or not.
                                You can call and co firm like most of the service provider do
                                Due to your service policy I have to wait at your office 3 hours . Which is very painful for me.
