My LR# [protected]. From Mumabi to Guntur. My cartons sitting at your Pune hub since May 30th. There's been no movement of goods from Pune for 2 days now.

Please forward freight ASAP as my client expecting his goods by 3rd, June, 2021

Please process it asap.

Sir my courier not giving from last 5 days.

On household good transfer, unloading labor was not available. I will have to wait so long and required to arrange labour s myself. After shifting also payment receipt still not done.

A courier has been sent from chickamagalur on[protected], it's been 2 weeks no update in online and when I called one of the Bangalore office they told it's in branch and will be delivered asap. It's been 2 weeks no update on same . None of the numbers are reachable now.

Dear VRL team, on 24th April 2021 we have booked consigment from Vijayawada Branch vide LR No [protected] and paid 2000 rs as charges, still material not delivered at Hospital, its a life saving drug delivery delayed for more than month. pls get this delivered in day.

We ordered tablet from a Pharma in Bangalore ...But parcel from Bangalore to Bijapur not yet delivered..and your staff in Bijapur not responding so please do the needful as soon as possible

I have book and consingment from rohtak to sambalpur . Total no of cartoon book is 09
But at sambalpur only 8 cartoon reached and 1 cartoon is missing . No one employee of vrl is answering where the lost cartoon is .

Vrl is the wrost transport and there employee is very bad with customer.

Refer to my earlier mail Dated 15th May21. 6 boxes size 29x24x15.5 inches were booked by consignor M/S Raghuveer corporation from SURAT Niyol to FAIZABAD in favour of MAK LIGHT LED SOLUTIONS to pay basis. Your booking staff charged freight 600 kg for 6 boxes against actual weight was 130 kg. I mailed you, SURAT Niyol and SURAT TPT for cancellation of booking but unfortunately not cancelled and consignment reached destination Faizabad on 19th May21.
As per volumetric formula Box size 29x24x15.5 inches weight should be approximate 36.5 kg. Minimum booking weight for said box to charge 40 kg. If you charged 40 kg each box then it would be 240 kg maximum. On my request your Faizabad staff contacted you for excess booking charges you are pleased to reduce weight 185 kg for the said consignment.
Kindly provide by which formula your staff charged 600 kg for six boxes and by which formula you reduce weight 185 kg from charged 600kg. I am still not satisfied reducing 185 kg weight. You are humbly request you to review the matter and take necessary action on my earlier mail dated 15th May 21. If genuine weight will not be charged I will not take delivery.
Plz note if satisfactory reply of my grivences will not received within three days I will be forced to raise the matter to the ministry of Road Transport, Govt of India, New Delhi and as well as take remedy in court as per rule of law.

Why the worst service??? your delhi and noida employees are not pick-up the call. my materials are loaded 6th may from ahmedabad and now not show where is the material. how can trust with you. i need to delivery urgent, any how.
where is my material. and why the delayed reason???

I have booked medical kit and couriered in so called VRL logistics, but it was 7 days over still i am straggling to receive the kit in my home location, not getting proper response from local office/ and head office Bangalore.

even there is no proper tracking updates, from 12th it is showing same location.

I got a call from your office that your consignment is at Mumbai so please arrange a pickup for the same.. But Due Lockdown in our area I unable to pick that material..

I tried yesterday to pickup my consignment but from your office Mumbai they are asking for penalty as late fee charges for not getting Material in your time period.

But Lockdown is not my personal issue so that is not my fault of not picking up the material. SO why should pay extra..

Please do needful as early as possible

We are from Tamilnadu Agriculture University, agriculture research station, Bavani Sagar Erode district tamilnadu
We need to book paddy seeds for research purpose to Garaghpur West Bengal from Gobichettipalayam branch Erode district they refused to book the same please do the needful for booking the parcel

I m always choose vrl for my goods bt one thing i notice someday ago that the weight of consignment is increased than actual weight that is not acceptable. Or example my goods total weight is 72kg than it shows 100 kg where was the margin of 28 kg. Kindly look in the matter

On this day 12/05/2021 I'm waiting for my goods since 30.30 pm to 6.15pm but no one office staff hear it's closed since 2 pm, and number which they given to me it is not reachable every time

Belagavi VRL Logistics Manager, behavior is not good and even though don’t have CO-operatives with costumers.

Manager should analysis the problem and solve the issues, but this Manager is creating a problems with costumers.

He was saying to costumers, searchers your parcel self (find out parcels). How will find the parcel in VRL house, because of lot of parcels are dumping in VRL house.

I think this managers behavior is not good.

I would like to requesting to VRL office team, you should replace the manager
