With reference to above subject i DR. TEJAS. D was booked a ticket in your anand roa circle vrl office to go to bijapur my travel date[protected] at 8 pm i was waiting at the yeshvanpur vrl office but the bus didnt arrived at the mentioned time and place then i asked the concerened the office person, he said the the bus as already left unfortunately the bus was not arrived in that route. Then i went to jahalalli stop the response from your staff was very poor and tracking mechanism of pick up point of travellers was very poor plese take the necessary action for the above mentioned subject

I did booked a shipment from Kolkata to DINDIGUL VRL. LR NO: [protected]. Shipment cc not attach, because customer Amount Rs.11, 000 is due. But system showing shipment delivered. Many times I have called and mailed to your customer care. 10 days have passed but no solution has been found from you. Customer amount is due Rs, 11, 000.00. so, we didn't attach Red copy. Now customer isn't paying the due Amount. How do we get the payment? Now...

Ref. to the LR#. [protected] I have sent several emails to Hoodi VRL office regarding the loss of 10kg of groundnuts.

The 50kg grooundnut was loaded from chitradurga and 40kg received in Bangalore Hoodi Branch. They said that rats had eaten away. I am following up from last one month, request you to refund the amount.

Rs.93/kg So, Rs.930/- to be paid by you and waive of transportation charges which I have paid.

The worst bus i hav travelled in .they only hqv big mouth no head take money for ac n switch it off to save petrol owner has gone bankrupt i feel he is a fraudster keeping such stupid staff n cheating people

For your Information i had booked on 4th feb 2021 But till now i didn't get delivery. It is not for first time repeatedly happened . Our Costumer survive for this reason.

Consignment does not dispatch after one week after daily follow-up it is dispatched from COIMBATORE 09.02.21,

if Consignment laying 13 days in one place after booking and no one is caring about it also not responding to customer call what type of service is this,

Never expected this type of service from VRL...

I sent one parcel from Surat to tamilnadu the parcel 3 days back reached in Salem but still did not get I ask the Salem TPT there said the parcel is missing we are charging so as soon as possible we need the parcel for immediate pl take necessary action.

Please enquire about our LR no: [protected] booked on[protected] from Ahemdabad to Ernakulam . Whenever we call they say item is in kalameshery since[protected]. Daily we call daily we get answer the item is loading to ekm still we r not able get a proper response they are telling us to give complaint in a rude way.

The shipment sent from Pune to Andheri vide L.R. [protected] date 1st Feb not reached Andheri till today.
When called Pune office Mr. Koli informed it takes minimum 4 days to deliver material to Mumbai and rudely disconnected the phone call.
When all other transports from Pune deliver material next day.
Despite we are regular customer of VRL such service is being given .God knows what they do for otherf customers

A passenger was roaming in the bus early morning without any reason just peeping into the other seats. Observed for 5-6 times, got afraid and shouted. Driver did not stop the bus and didn't even look at the problem.
Whether driver involved with the passenger or is this the behavior for unethical activity?
When girl is afraid and shouts by this inhumanity act, no one cares. It's ridiculous.

I will book parcel in 22 vijayawada, till now the item was not go Mumbai. so that was a emergency safety item. complaint also i will give but no response. shame for your service s . pls kindly provide details to me

Very sad to share this experience with VRL logistics. I had an offer with an external courier service to send entire household items like 1 washing machine, 1 fridge, 2 double cots, matresses, entire clothes and entire household items. Just to save some money on courier service I have sold all other items and decided to only ship clothes and kitchen utensils. Hence I have reached out VRL for getting an estimate for 40kgs and they have agreed for 2500. But when the bill came I'm surprised to see the bill inflated to around 4366 including GST, insurance and some misc charges. Im ready to pay the extra amount of 650 for 9kgs of extra luggage. But its very unfortunate to remit a bill of 4366 just for clothes and kitchen utensils, where I would have brought entire things for just 9000. I didn't expect this from a service provider like VRL which I had trusted for bus service and all. Please take necessary action to address this looting.
