My complete is missing my parcel at VRL there no proper information and if this case I will to consumer court and I will the queries in public site like internet and face book regarding VRL ...my parcel missing from past 1 month nonbady is responding properly so plz guide me otherwise I will as per my view. My courier parcel missing but till no bady has replied ...there no concerned about customer and missing parcel.

I'm Ravisundar, [protected] . LRL logistic, Salem office is the company mis behaved with us .

Our consignment no : [protected], we need to take it from Salem . Now they ask to bring our rubber stamp . They ask us to make a duplicate rubber stamp and receive the consignment, .How can we make a company rubber stamp do a forgery . Totally disappointed with the Salem office staff behavior . We'll definitely do not refer this company to any one .

My Shyamraj from Village oil mill pvt Ltd bangalore. I am regular customer . I usually get coconut oil from Jakkalis wood press industry mysore and this time sealed can cap was open and taken 3 kgs of coconut oil from the can. I doubt the local VRL bannerghatta road incharge because last time he was inquiring about the price of oil.
This is very disappointing and not fair we have a good reputation and trust on VRL but now with bad experience. Pls look into this issue . For your reference I am uploading photos of my order

Not delivered in time product

My mother started her journey from Hubli to Mumbai on 23rd February 21 with pnr no.[protected]., destination was Goregaon East but driver dint Stop the bus instead he was very arrogently talking to my mom and denied to stop the bus ending up stoppage at somewhere at Kandivali. My mother is aged and having luggage of 3 to 4 bags don't know to speak Hindi or Marathi had struggled a lot to reach Goregaon and even I had requested her passby ppl to manage Rikshaw and drop at Goregaon. This is very condemnable and pathetic behaviour by the VRL staff for the 1st time.. my always 1st preference of travel was VRL coz of best in class service, the driver name is Mallikarjun, concerned authorities should take very strict action on this inhuman behaviour of this driver towards a aged female passager on such pandemic situation, the day start was very bad coz of such ppl.. VRL i dont recommend anyone to use your services coz u r hiring senseless and irresponsible ppl like Mallikarjun.

There is a group of people drunk in the bus and disturbing co passengers if this type of activities happens it is difficult to travel in the bus so it is your responsibility to take care of this activities

I booked ticket banglore to Manvi.actual pickup time is 5pm but I reached 5.09pm but the vehicle leaving to boarding point. I never expected it's too wrost

No any facilities available & you will charge extra charges.
At booking office
Stationery charge- 50 rs??
SMS charge-25?
Vac charge-7?
At recovery office also charge other like
Miscellaneous-50 ??

Do the needful
Otherwise next time will not book parcel with VRL

D was booked a ticket in your anand roa circle vrl office to go to bijapur my travel date[protected] at 8 pm i was waiting at the yeshvanpur vrl office but the bus didnt arrived at the mentioned time and place then i asked the concerened the office person, he said the the bus as already left unfortunately the bus was not arrived in that route. Then i went to jahalalli stop the response from your staff was very poor and tracking mechanism of pick up point of travellers was very poor plese take the necessary action for the above mentioned subject

Ref. to the LR#. [protected] I have sent several emails to Hoodi VRL office regarding the loss of 10kg of groundnuts.

The 50kg grooundnut was loaded from chitradurga and 40kg received in Bangalore Hoodi Branch. They said that rats had eaten away. I am following up from last one month, request you to refund the amount.

Rs.93/kg So, Rs.930/- to be paid by you and waive of transportation charges which I have paid.

The worst bus i hav travelled in .they only hqv big mouth no head take money for ac n switch it off to save petrol owner has gone bankrupt i feel he is a fraudster keeping such stupid staff n cheating people

For your Information i had booked on 4th feb 2021 But till now i didn't get delivery. It is not for first time repeatedly happened . Our Costumer survive for this reason.
