With reference to above subject i DR. TEJAS. D was booked a ticket in your anand roa circle vrl office to go to bijapur my travel date[protected] at 8 pm i was waiting at the yeshvanpur vrl office but the bus didnt arrived at the mentioned time and place then i asked the concerened the office person, he said the the bus as already left unfortunately the bus was not arrived in that route. Then i went to jahalalli stop the response from your staff was very poor and tracking mechanism of pick up point of travellers was very poor plese take the necessary action for the above mentioned subject

I did booked a shipment from Kolkata to DINDIGUL VRL. LR NO: [protected]. Shipment cc not attach, because customer Amount Rs.11, 000 is due. But system showing shipment delivered. Many times I have called and mailed to your customer care. 10 days have passed but no solution has been found from you. Customer amount is due Rs, 11, 000.00. so, we didn't attach Red copy. Now customer isn't paying the due Amount. How do we get the payment? Now...

Ref. to the LR#. [protected] I have sent several emails to Hoodi VRL office regarding the loss of 10kg of groundnuts.

The 50kg grooundnut was loaded from chitradurga and 40kg received in Bangalore Hoodi Branch. They said that rats had eaten away. I am following up from last one month, request you to refund the amount.

Rs.93/kg So, Rs.930/- to be paid by you and waive of transportation charges which I have paid.

I booked volvo ac semi sleeper journey date 10.02.2021 at 21:00 but vrl person call and told that bus some ac issue we assign sleeper coach bus at same time I said ok we traveling more then 500km no rest stop please take necessary action am requesting you

ok but toda to apke vrl transport walo ni he mera door delivery ka order tha aek bar dekh liyje phir kehna i am not responsible.. aapke under aata he door delivery me sahi salamat mal phochani ki responsiblity ok sir please check

Daily we call daily we get answer the item is loading to ekm still we r not able get a proper response they are telling us to give complaint in a rude way.

The shipment sent from Pune to Andheri vide L.R. [protected] date 1st Feb not reached Andheri till today.
When called Pune office Mr. Koli informed it takes minimum 4 days to deliver material to Mumbai and rudely disconnected the phone call.
When all other transports from Pune deliver material next day.
Despite we are regular customer of VRL such service is being given .God knows what they do for otherf customers

Bangalore - Bijapur

A passenger was roaming in the bus early morning without any reason just peeping into the other seats. Observed for 5-6 times, got afraid and shouted. Driver did not stop the bus and didn't even look at the problem.
Whether driver involved with the passenger or is this the behavior for unethical activity?
When girl is afraid and shouts by this inhumanity act, no one cares. It's ridiculous.
