Hello,
I haven't received my luggage. It's been 8 days
I have been contacting customer service which is very poor and they never care about our queries
It was from Hyderabad bhasheerbhag to Mysore
Tracking number [protected]
Please do help me with this
Am a student and all my books and other things have gone missing.
They always say it is getting loaded from past 7 days.
This is my humble request please do the possibile help

    Svn entetprises our material will come to vizag branch. And it will be three days but they did not give us material.if you call them there is no respones.our material is very uegent. Next time will not be able to send material to your transport

        As i have booked 180 kg raisins from Bangalore to Vijayapura, but at my destination (i.e) in vijayapura only 165 kg materials received. one box of 15 kg was lost and still not found. |
        As i am continue taking the follow ups since about 15-16 days and they are saying that they are searching.

        The cost of product is worth rupees 3600.

        Kindly resolved the problems ASAP or else i will go in consumer court.

              Your service is very worst now a days. from varoor tpt to udupi it will take 3 days to reach the destination. materials are simply lying down in your godown after booking 3 to 4 days. i have experienced this issues many times now a days. before it was ok.

                Our supplier booked a parcel from jagadhri to Tirupati on j fashion date 23/11/2020 LR no:[protected] still we are not getting any update from your transport

                  I Gurvinder virdi from Mehsana (Gujarat) have worst experience from your company with the dealer from Mehsana. He have no sense how to talk with the customer. He had treated me very badly three times as i have visited there. I have worst experience from this type of big name company. I will not recommand this transport to others also as m very dissatisfied from you. I want you to take strict action against it.

                      This is Anitha from Design Industries, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu..I was very much suffered on booking our company parcel service in every booking time..I was booked in GANAPATHY VRL office.. in booking person treated very uragent manner..so much of delay and unloading my material after that he reject the material reason was unliterally..kindly please please take step immediately. In VRL believeness is totally spoiled.In coimbatore persons lot of my friends in business sectors reveals very poor manner in vrl.kindly take step immediately.

                        LR no [protected], this item booked on 9th November at Hubbali to Tumkur. Material is at Bangalore from 10th night. Not delivered even on 13th November.

                                    We used dispatch and inward daily plunty of parcels but in Hoodi - Bangalore branch Mr. Sridhar will demand extra money if no original copy. Pl note because of we are dispatching via other transport even though VRL next to our Godown .
                                    Many time he collected 200/- per shipment

                                      We were going in Sindgi highway slowly and because of the speed breaker we slowed down our car and we were on side but the VRL bus inspite of seeing the speed breaker he didn't slow down and banged our car from behind and entire back is destroyed and VRL must take responsibility for the same...
