I Gurvinder virdi from Mehsana (Gujarat) have worst experience from your company with the dealer from Mehsana. He have no sense how to talk with the customer. He had treated me very badly three times as i have visited there. I have worst experience from this type of big name company. I will not recommand this transport to others also as m very dissatisfied from you. I want you to take strict action against it.

This is regarding LR no-[protected], we are not received this item, 3 day back i contacted your peenya office no-[protected] on 18/11/2020, they told one box reached in peenya and other 5 boxes in Dabaspet, and ask me to call 19 th. I contaced on 19 th again same answer 1 box reached other 5 boxes in Dabbespet, and ask me to call on 20 th.Again i called on 20 th same answer, i checked in online tracking its shown reached in peenya, till now i am not yet received this iteml

This is Anitha from Design Industries, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu..I was very much suffered on booking our company parcel service in every booking time..I was booked in GANAPATHY VRL office.. in booking person treated very uragent manner..so much of delay and unloading my material after that he reject the material reason was unliterally..kindly please please take step immediately. In VRL believeness is totally spoiled.In coimbatore persons lot of my friends in business sectors reveals very poor manner in vrl.kindly take step immediately.

I have purchased S. S. Sink material from Delhi. Material reached Hubli new cotton market office, I have meet that office and met there Assistant Manager Mr Kudri sir, but they cannot giving material without CONSIGNEE'S copy.. I have CONSIGNEE'S copy photo in my WhatsApp.. I show that copy and also I told I have my firm seal I have tell to give my material, they didn't respond me.. So please help me to how to take...

LR no [protected], this item booked on 9th November at Hubbali to Tumkur. Material is at Bangalore from 10th night. Not delivered even on 13th November.

My name is Kunal and I have couriered the trolley bag on 3rd November from Karwar and final destination is bengalore. But today is 8th November and still not product is reached to final destination .

I have reached out couple of times to Karwar vrl courier office and also Hubli courier office but still I didn't get any satisfactory answer from vrl employees .

Could you please check from your end and speed up...

We badly need this consignment for tomorrow first half we are ready to collect this from anywhere at our risk.

Even we sent vehicle to enquire in delhi tpt but vrl could not trace the materials and they informed materials already left from Delhi tpt to Bangalore.

We used dispatch and inward daily plunty of parcels but in Hoodi - Bangalore branch Mr. Sridhar will demand extra money if no original copy. Pl note because of we are dispatching via other transport even though VRL next to our Godown .
Many time he collected 200/- per shipment

We were going in Sindgi highway slowly and because of the speed breaker we slowed down our car and we were on side but the VRL bus inspite of seeing the speed breaker he didn't slow down and banged our car from behind and entire back is destroyed and VRL must take responsibility for the same......

Dear Team,

This complaint is regarding a person named sachin from delhi in your team who initially told me lower rates of delivery of vehicle from kangra (himachal)to nashik(maharashtra), but during the time of delivery, he is saying that you have to pay Rs 22540/- instead of Rs12500 .
I am in state of shock when he watsapp the bill.During quote time I told him one other service provider is charging 13000/- for delivery of car in nashik but that time he told me that I will do this for you in 500 leads than quoted by other company.
I was in constant touch with this person while my relatives loaded the vehicle at kangra, When i made payment of 6250 I told him that I have made half payment, again 5 days later I told him I have made 5250 more payment and now balance is 1000 rupees which I will pay on recieving vehicle but at the day of delivery of vehicle he is telling bill is 22500, this is not fare on part of such a huge company that of yours, please ressolve this issue I have also phone recording available with me about rates discussed with this guy, If I know this is going to happen I could have easily choosen other company.
Please ressolve this issue.

The parcel was booked on[protected] from Delhi to Ambernath, Mumbai.

LR No. [protected], the parcel is still at Delhi office and has not been shipped. No one is responding for the status on the parcel from Delhi office.

We have booked a parcel from Bangalore ( SBCYP ) to TUNI on 17th October 2020, and the LR number is [protected]. This has not yet been received by the Customer, please do have a check, it's been over 10 days

Today I went to collect my courier on which I have to pay the delivery charge amount which was Rs. 371 but VRL Muzaffarpur asked me that I have to pay extra money to take the item out of the gate. Why this extra amount has been asked for? It is frustating and mentally torturing from VRL, Muzaffarpur that extra money is being asked.My item is still in theor office. What to do, I am unable to understand...We should avoid such logistics company like VRL.I tried to phone on their head office but nobody is picking the phone
