Shipment number [protected] from bangalore to hubli not received even after a week. Repeated calls have been made but they always say to call after an hour. Nobody is able to answe where the shipment is. Bangalore office says shipment has reached hubli. Hubli office says shipment is on the way and asks to call after an hour. The shipment contains packing material and i’m loosing orders because of this delay,

    I am traveling from nipani to bangalore on 10 dec 19. At boarding point driver ask for luggage charge and same was discussed with local traveling agent first then traveling agent tell that pay 100 rs. Charge for luggage. But there is no information during booking. Also from last 12 yrs i am traveling but till no traveling agency or driver ask about same. If any standard policy is available then same to be reflected during booking. Waiting for your reply.

      Everytime goddamn we have placed a delivery order with you - now over seven times, your employees have written the wrong address and our order is misplaced!!! How am i supposed to conduct business with such lousy service!!! Why and how does midc ranjanagaon become tbt!!! Do you all not know how to read?? This is such a bad reputation and tardiness from a company of your stature. You're service leaves a lot to be desired and leave me questioningly if you even have focus and knowledge on how to conduct business. A mistake can happen once or twice but seven times is just ridiculous! I hope you can register my complaint and give me immediate response and action.

        Our parcel Received in Kanchipuram VRL logistics office, But the are asking Amount 500 per parcel, The will not answer properly... its very worst service in the world... Consignment number : [protected]
        Kindly please check the waybilll no: [protected], invoice no: [protected], the above GB motor parts received are damaged and cracked apart while transit. Attaching the documents and pictures of the GB motor parts for the reference.

            My pacell docket no [protected] from narayanpet (Telangana) to aurangabad (Maharashtra) was booked on 12.11.19 online tracker shows goods came to aurangabad tpt on 20.11.19 and on 22.11 to city off but till date it's not delivered. When i contact city off today they said pacel is there but they dint recived any builty from waluj tpt the reason for not delivering it. Is this custmer fault that u dint recived builty from waluj tpt? This matter has accured earlier also from waluj tpt plz see yo it at the earliest this spoiled vrl image not of employes.

              Dear sir our bilty number is [protected] jamnagar to delhi dwarka mor branch. Our goods dispatched from jamnagar on 16/nov/2019 but today not received. Lorry dispatched from vrl delhi tpt on 22/11/2019 time 5 pm but not reached till 23/11/2019 time 5 pm. They told me now we give goods on monday. Its too late service and they have not any number on dwarka mor branch and also vrl customer care. We bear loss for late goods. We bear 2 time loss on vrl services

                demurrage charges

                We have booked a parcel from chennai to gujarat (Mangrol) the booked and taken a parcel after two days informing that that there is no service in mangrol having searvice at jetpur only. Then we ask to do door delivery and thay said charges are 4800/- we continuoulsy calling our vrl marketing manager he is not picking calls. And today we paid to pay charges and door delivery charges and ask him to pay demurrage charges vrl services are too...

                We, jaysons international from dadar, mumbai had booked 2 parcels with vrl of our client m/s lulu family shop booking to chickballapur. The bill details are as follows :
                Bill date - 14th october 2019.
                Bill no - 2361
                Lr no - [protected]
                Bill amount - rs 60354/-

                We had also mentioned on our forwarding note as vrl booking chickballapur but on lr, vrl sion office had mentioned bommasandra which is their mistake.
                I had also booked our client’s lulu family shop’s parcel in vrl on 9th august, 23rd august and 30th september, 2019 and everytime they have booked correctly whenever i had mentioned on transport forwarding note as vrl booking chickballapur.

                Now vrl - bommasandra are not ready to transfer the goods to chickballapur without ewaybill. And we are not able to generate again ewaybill as error shows ewaybill had been generated already. Neither the previous ewaybill can be cancelled nor modified.

                The vrl bommasandra also told me to send email on [protected]@vrllogistics.com stating transfer the goods to chickballapur with details mentioned. We emailed also but now again they are saying the parcel cannot be transferred.

                This is as on date 14th november, 2019. Also the retailer wanted these goods especially for diwali season. The goods are still under vrl custody only because of their own mistake.

                Kindly treat this on urgent basis.

                  Product : dress

                  I placed on 22nd Oct 2019 and made payment of Rs. 489/- through online payment. They gave the delivery date on 5th Nov 2019.

                  But after 5th Nov 2019 website is not found and also they not responding for any calls and emails.

                  Please do the needful.

                    2) at bagalkot, big mistake, they didnt bother or worried about d material or to atleast cal us, or didnt take care about the pincode written, just inform them to work properly, now relations all went and festival also over, the bagalkot vrl related persons r not like to work in such a big company, let them pay extra charge n send it to rabkavi-587314 i immediately

                      I had booked consignment from rajaji nagar office.

                      Initially the person has charged me 890rs.

                      Where as i had booked the same consignment from kamakshipaya branch and i was charged around 300rs.

                      When i started questioning him, he cancelled and billed it back to 450rs.

                      And also he was denying booking at 6pm. Where as kamakshipaya we can book till 7:00pm.

                        It's very bad experience mental torture & harrasement by your Ahmedabad counterpart we have given all recevings and mail with adhar card & letter signed stamped to your Delhi office still we haven't received goods urgently required.we have shared screen shot of mails also. Secondly since yesterday afternoon he spoked in very bad manner and misbehaved with our client on call . please look into the matter it brings bad name to such a reputed & very professional organizations .sharing no.                             Its really pathetic to digest the service provided by vrl cargo against the consignment note no: 267 dated 30.08.19.
                            However, after remittance of full money of rs 8, 020/- and so many calls, items delivered on 04.09.19 where following 2 items were missing:
                            Item 9 — bag containing important items
                            Items 12-mattress including 2 nos room cleaning tools.

                            Unfortunately, after continuous follow (Mail & calls) up of more than 45 days - no respond received till time from vrl cargo for delivery of these missing items.

                            Contact persons of vrl cargo: mr. Sharma (Delivery person)-+[protected], mr. Kuldeep & mr. Sandeep-office co-ordinators-=91 [protected], mr. Ashu-booking person-+[protected].

                            Please help undersigned to get back these missiing items and rectify these sort of packers & movers in order to receive the deliverable safely & timely to customer without repetition of such harassment.

                            First of all, undersigned surprised that how status shown wrong without verifying from the complainer. Problem has not sorted out and except receiving no sense mail from VRL on 28.10.19 ( no-reply@vrlcargosafemovers; stating as follows: "Thanks for showing your intrest in vrlcargosafemovers.in. We will contact you soon.Regardsvrlcargosafemovers.in") which clearly reflecting that VRL not at all serious to resolve these shifting items missing problem or they use to habituate with such complaints. For kind information purpose, neither any representative from VRL Crago or VRL has contacted till time to undersigned regarding returning of the missing items. Please pay necessary attention to advise VRL suitably to return these 2 nos missing items ( Item no: 9 & 12-- Baggage carrying important things and Mattress & room cleaning tools against challan no: 267 dated 30.08.19, undersigned paid full money in advance before delivery) immediately without further delay or compensate of Rs. 3000/- for such mishandling leading to missing items, harassment.

                            Problem has not resolved. Received mail from VRL stating VRL would call shortly. However, fact is that till time neither VRL has called or send representative alongwith 2 nos missing items to sort out this issue. Moreover, surprised that how " status changed automatically" without taking consent of the complainer to verify the case.
                            Please support to sort out the issue immediately without further delay or advise VRL to compensate of Rs. 3000/- for such mishandling and harassment.

                            Till time no respond received from VRL Cargo/VRL regarding the delivery of missing 2 items (from bangalore to chennai vide challan no: 267 dated 30.08.19, delivered on 04.09.19 without these 2 nos important items ) which addressed in this important forum on 28.10.19 . Pls advise VRL Cargo to sort out these issue immediately pending more than 2 month from the delivery date.

                              I had booked vrl tickets from ballari to bangalore on 23rd oct 2019, with TR.No 17366614. Seat no. L7. They cancelled the bus suddenly and told me to cancel the ticket. There was an urgency to go to bangalore, they didn't even arranged another ticket. I'm completely dissatisfied by your way of dealing the customers. Very worst service.

                                The driver refused to turn on the charging ports. I requested him that my mobile is dieing but he spoke very rude and refused to do so i paid 1800 rs for 700 rs tickets at least i deserve some respect

                                  Vrl logistics provides very good transportation.
                                  But, in hassan branch, the customers need to suffer for simple selfish behaviour of personnel.
                                  1. Unauthorised coolie workers around 10 people gather the customers to lift even a small item from the store to the vehicle. Bargain for the pay each one. The customers have to pay what they ask for. Otherwise, altogether threaten the customers of taking back the items.
                                  I request the vrl to look in to it.
                                  2. Xerox copy: no facility in the centre and also nearby areas. If we pay extra money minimum of rs 10 to the clerk, he will take the printout.
                                  Please consider this feed back and improve.

                                    The driver of the vehicle ka 25 d 6343 has drunk and driving the vehicle. He was doing rash driving and was misbehaving with public in bangalore's nelmangla toll booth @ 10:15 pm on 22/10/2019 i. E today. This vehicle belongs to vrl logistics and this driver made an attempt to assault and used unparliamentary language. Kindly take the necessary action and request vrl team to take care of such incidents. These incidents will be bad remark for the brand.

                                      I had dispatched two wheeler feom kannur, kerala on[protected] and i got delivered on[protected] at mumbai andheri sakinakka office. First of all delivery people were arrogant and werwn't ready to bring vehicle out of their godown saying it is your job to move the vehicle. After i had objected they were ready to do and when i openes the cover, it us found that vehicle is in broken condition. Feont portion of the vehicle was in broken condition and was not in a running condition
