I have placed order in one website "softy women"

Product : dress

I placed on 22nd Oct 2019 and made payment of Rs. 489/- through online payment. They gave the delivery date on 5th Nov 2019.

But after 5th Nov 2019 website is not found and also they not responding for any calls and emails.

Please do the needful.

1) at nagpur, they did nt written full address, but pincode 587314 written,

I had booked consignment from rajaji nagar office.

Initially the person has charged me 890rs.

Where as i had booked the same consignment from kamakshipaya branch and i was charged around 300rs.

When i started questioning him, he cancelled and billed it back to 450rs.

It's very bad experience mental torture & harrasement by your Ahmedabad counterpart we have given all recevings and mail with adhar card & letter signed stamped to your Delhi office still we haven't received goods urgently required.we have shared screen shot of mails also. Secondly since yesterday afternoon he spoked in very bad manner and misbehaved with our client on call . please look into the matter it brings bad name to such a reputed...

I am traveling from pune to nagpur on vrf volvo ac sleaper coach, water is leaking from ac vent and no solution provided by staf. Below are the bus details and this is worst i paid almost 3k for this journey.

Its really pathetic to digest the service provided by vrl cargo against the consignment note no: 267 dated 30.08.19.
However, after remittance of full money of rs 8, 020/- and so many calls, items delivered on 04.09.19 where following 2 items were missing:
Item 9 — bag containing important items
Items 12-mattress including 2 nos room cleaning tools.

Unfortunately, after continuous follow (Mail & calls)...

No reply ur services to customer waste my materials booked 20.10.19 but still booked that area only vrl gordon not received to chennai itself very worst service then why are puting good service to customer then reply me my complaint ur service very worst service to customer no one porper reply to customer with two days i need other wise i compliant...

The driver refused to turn on the charging ports. I requested him that my mobile is dieing but he spoke very rude and refused to do so i paid 1800 rs for 700 rs tickets at least i deserve some respect

Vrl logistics provides very good transportation.
But, in hassan branch, the customers need to suffer for simple selfish behaviour of personnel.
1. Unauthorised coolie workers around 10 people gather the customers to lift even a small item from the store to the vehicle. Bargain for the pay each one. The customers have to pay what they ask for. Otherwise, altogether threaten the customers of taking back the items.

I had dispatched two wheeler feom kannur, kerala on[protected] and i got delivered on[protected] at mumbai andheri sakinakka office. First of all delivery people were arrogant and werwn't ready to bring vehicle out of their godown saying it is your job to move the vehicle. My consignment ([protected]) shipped on 23rd september and reached kumbakonam on 30th september with different product. My product sent to kumbla, kerala. The company shipped the machine told that it will reach in 3-4 days. Though the machine reached kumbakonam on oct 5th there wont be any update on tracking website or no message at all. Still they didnt updated. This morning i called the vrl, kumbakonam and asked for the delivery details....

They dont deliver our goods, withing given time, when we call them they say come here and take your goods, nd they say come with ur original stamps original bulty original id proof, lucknow is having 30 transports who never say these types of things, nd when we call them to deliver our parcel in door step they charge 300 rupees nd saying that we will deliver your goods in 2 ya 3 days

We sent a parcel from delhi to mancherial on 21 and 22 of september with lr no:[protected] and [protected] one parcel with reached the destination and the other one did not receive, it is still in hyderabad from 3 days, i don’t know weather they will send also or not. No one is there to solve our problem and no customer care executives are answering my call. Please solve my issue. Worst service from vrl transport,...

The consignment no: [protected]. The materials have reached the vrl godown in virajpet. The respective staff have demanded for an id proof and the same has been provided. The staffs are still delaying it. Such a rude behaviour and we dint expect such a service. We have lodged a police complaint. Next, we will take this issue to consumer court if you don’t take immediate action....

Consignment booked from calcutta on 19/9/2019 wide lr number [protected] and reached salem on 24th at panamarathupatti depot. But consignment booked to prabathtalkies bilding, salem which is near to our place. Last 2 days the consignment laying at your panamarathupatti godown and not moved to prabath talkies depot due to non availability of vehicle.
Hope such a big transporting company, saying such chilly reason for delay is not acceptable....

We had sent our goods on the date of 3-9-19 to our bhavnagar gujarat lr is [protected]
We had sent total 680 kg quantity goods in 14 bags. The value of the goods is rs. 49, 540/-.
Unfortunately, due to the negligence of the transporters, the entire bag became wet.in that case, the vrl company should be responsible for goods loss and freight charges. Now we request them to please pass the claim for this....
