Its really pathetic to digest the service provided by vrl cargo against the consignment note no: 267 dated 30.08.19.
However, after remittance of full money of rs 8, 020/- and so many calls, items delivered on 04.09.19 where following 2 items were missing:
Item 9 — bag containing important items
Items 12-mattress including 2 nos room cleaning tools.
Unfortunately, after continuous follow (Mail & calls) up of more than 45 days - no respond received till time from vrl cargo for delivery of these missing items.
Contact persons of vrl cargo: mr. Sharma (Delivery person)-+[protected], mr. Kuldeep & mr. Sandeep-office co-ordinators-=91 [protected], mr. Ashu-booking person-+[protected].
Please help undersigned to get back these missiing items and rectify these sort of packers & movers in order to receive the deliverable safely & timely to customer without repetition of such harassment.

Complaint marked as Resolved First of all, undersigned surprised that how status shown wrong without verifying from the complainer. Problem has not sorted out and except receiving no sense mail from VRL on 28.10.19 ( no-reply@vrlcargosafemovers; stating as follows: "Thanks for showing your intrest in vrlcargosafemovers.in. We will contact you soon.Regardsvrlcargosafemovers.in") which clearly reflecting that VRL not at all serious to resolve these shifting items missing problem or they use to habituate with such complaints. For kind information purpose, neither any representative from VRL Crago or VRL has contacted till time to undersigned regarding returning of the missing items. Please pay necessary attention to advise VRL suitably to return these 2 nos missing items ( Item no: 9 & 12-- Baggage carrying important things and Mattress & room cleaning tools against challan no: 267 dated 30.08.19, undersigned paid full money in advance before delivery) immediately without further delay or compensate of Rs. 3000/- for such mishandling leading to missing items, harassment.
VRL Logistics / VRL Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by 007_RAJ Problem has not resolved. Received mail from VRL stating VRL would call shortly. However, fact is that till time neither VRL has called or send representative alongwith 2 nos missing items to sort out this issue. Moreover, surprised that how " status changed automatically" without taking consent of the complainer to verify the case.
Please support to sort out the issue immediately without further delay or advise VRL to compensate of Rs. 3000/- for such mishandling and harassment.

Updated by 007_RAJ Till time no respond received from VRL Cargo/VRL regarding the delivery of missing 2 items (from bangalore to chennai vide challan no: 267 dated 30.08.19, delivered on 04.09.19 without these 2 nos important items ) which addressed in this important forum on 28.10.19 . Pls advise VRL Cargo to sort out these issue immediately pending more than 2 month from the delivery date.
Our parcel Received in Kanchipuram VRL logistics office, But the are asking Amount 500 per parcel, The will not answer properly... its very worst service in the world... Consignment number : [protected]
