Please note that under lr no [protected], almost 6 days over, only 2 no packets arrived in taratola hub out of 3 nos packets. I packet is heard to be missing in dhulagarh hub. I have been continuously calling your people at taratola hub but no body picks up the phone or even if after some hours of continuous ringing they pick up, they simply do not have time to speak on the issue. This is ridiculous. The materials have been booked from delhi. It is unfortunate for a bug logistic company like vrl, simply not taking up the issue seriously & solving it. I had written 2 mails to customer care, & the second reminder mail sent yesterday is still not answered. I had no other alternative but to raise a complaint on this. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Sir I'm Vivek verma I had done my courier from karol bagh vrl logistics but courier man has charged me double the amount the of what needs to be charged and provided receipt of RS 804 but he charged RS 1950. After coming home I realized that the receipt he has given was of RS 804 he evaded the tax of govt as well conned me.

    Material booked in bangalore on 2nd august and today its 6th august and iam yet to receive the material to hubli which is hardly 400 km and the joke of the day is driver has left the truck in parking lot niligin road locked the truck from 5th august and he"ll be back tomorrow as per ganeshpeth vrl office, and if office person calls the driver the cell phone is out of reach.
    Such a stupid reason by the ganeshpeth concerned person of vrl. I have lost one of the reputed customer.in such a tough market we are trying to get orders and due to your negligence we are suffering.
    I request to kick out the person who ever is responsible and getting a black mark to asia"s number one logistics with just a silly reasons.
    Locked the truck and he is not reachable from two days.
    We have been waiting for the material and if we call, we get a false commitments tat we'll be getting our material by 3rd august morning again 3rd evening, evening they say 4th morning and again 5th morning then evening of 5th they say 6th morning by 9:30am they will send it to our door step and now no response at all and it is 3pm of 6th august waiting for my material.
    All false commitments with such a hightect technology.
    And not a single person to take responsibility. From 4 days. Such a shame.

    And my customer has cancelled my order due to your irresponsibility, negligence work of your network.

      Hello, this is regarding product damaged from vrl logistics chalakudy. Last month, i have booked egg hatching incubator from kerala. Company has given transport delivery to vrl to send it to andhra. First thing is there is no proper communication between 2 vrl branches (Kerala and andhra). And one more thing is product damaged outside. See when you are handling instruments, don't have minimum common sense? If that is the situation, just close the shutter and sit in home. Instrument cost is 25, 500+ 1200 delivery charges. So who is going to responsible here? When i saw reviews, i felt very bad. Kindly take a serious action on this.

        Dear sir,

        we sent our sweets boxes in 40-master cartons (1529-pcs) to our buyer m/s chheda fine foods, mumbai against our invoice no.19 dated 15/07/19 vide vrl booking slip no.[protected] dated 16/07/19

        our customer paid rs.18, 947/- for the same. but they received so may cartons in bad condition and when they open the cartons so may individual boxes was broken badly and cannot usable for them.

        168-pcs of item no.1 in our invoice @ 185/- plus gst @ 12% i.e. Rs.34810/-
        106-pcs of item no.2 in our invoice @ 225/- plus gst @ 12% i.e. Rs.26712/-

        the total damages are Rs.61522 + freight paid by the buyer.

        we attached the photographs of the damage goods for your ref.

        an early action will be highly oblige.

          [protected], after ading 50rs as mislenious amt at godown on top of fare, people asking extra money, when complnt to manager he said thy r frm out side, if want to lift ur item discuss with thm and settled my amnt discussing among thm. I know vrl, from were labour came in btwn don't know. If this is ok then no problem i will move next time.

            Myself Kumar M from Mau, Uttar Pradesh. My parents sent me a consignment on 27th June 2019 from Karaikudi VRL office. The consignment number is [protected]. The consignment is not yet received by me. It reached Varanasi on 05th July 2019 and kept there for more than 15 days. I spoke to VRL offices in both Mau and Varanasi. The people in Mau are saying the consignment is in Varanasi and people in Varanasi are saying the consignment has reached Mau. I am unable to track the consignment. I spoke to customer care of VRL head office and they were not able to solve the problem. The product which was sent is worth over 6000 Rs and are baby foods. Now that if it is decayed I will be at loss. Please take necessary action against the responsible person and protect me from this loss

              This consignment was sent from karaikudi to trivandrum door delivery. At ernakulam this product was kept in their office for many days. Finally we tracked them and on delivery the driver had a quarrel with watchman while carrying it. Somehow the driver delivered it in the clients house. On opening one side of the product was broken. I have proof of before booking and after delivery photos. I need immediate refund of ₹15000. I have already booked acase in consumer court.

              We booked a consingnment of 8 goods with lr no.[protected] dt.29-6-19 of which 7 have been reported to have reached destination around 6th of july and one item shortage. its almost a week + and the balance one shortage parcel is yet to be received. kindly arrange the delivery of all the 8 bags at the earliest & oblige.

                Our supplier farm implements (India) pvt. Ltd., channai has book 2 boxes rotavator blades to davangere vide vrl way bill no.[protected]/5.7.2019. The actual weight of the consignment is 40 kgs. Each box whereas your channai branch has charged for 300 kgs. And charged rs.1475/-. During june we have received 4 boxes of same consignement vide lr no.[protected]/14.6.2019 they have charges rs.830/- for 4 boxes. We have kept the boxes as it is and hence we request you to kindly look into that and clarify how the different rates are charges for same type of consignement.

                  They have the worst coureir service, they tell that next day it will reach but it takes 2 days to reach it's destination, if we call to customer care, if we ask them where is our package they will just quarrel with us.it has not happened with me just once but 4 times.

                  Before I was fan of VRL but now very sad to see such condition

                  Buses also I experienced rude behavior of drivers and buses being late to destination

                  I suggest everyone to buyocott vrl courier and buses services.

Which is 3 bags of rice, in that one of the bag is in damaged condition and all the rice grain in that bag is red instead of white, logistics people damaged this while shipping.                       The consignment was booked on 28.06.2019 till today we have not received the consignment. On tracing the tracker it is moving from hubli to back bagalkot and status is not known.

                      Please take this as a consumer complaint on deliberation of duty, inefficiency in services, causing huge damage to the crop from this undelivered motor pump set. Local delivery agent is helpless. Even the bookie has contacted you bagalkot office number of times and there is no action.

                      If this motor is not delivered to the destination of the siruguppa within two days, i have no other alternate except to go before the consumer court.

                      I never expected the company like yours to create such a inconvenience in the service.

                        Vrl is worst service i have never seen such a worst packers n movers intially they quote less price after packing they will send triple price invoices n even they unload my luggage also.
                        Intially they promise packing n unpacking n assemble the bed also but they threw it my luggage in room left away and they charged me 30k from hyderabad to nashik but they gave only 8k for the local packers n movers. So don't go through brand blindly finally our goods comes in local packers n movers only only invoice vrl that's it

                        They quoted 17k but they sent 30k invoice to me but they gave only 8k including gst to local packers n movers n charged 22k extra to me. Please take a action to those people and even they r not agreed to unloading my packages also then why do they people charged 30k for us

                        One of the worst service. I don't know how they become a big transporter. Poor tracking system, lack of transparency, hopeless staff, irresponsibility towards goods, short receipt of goods. No commicative phone number of branches.
                        VRL Logistics is a horrble transport compant. Avoid them at all cost. They will drive you crazy with their unwritten rules. I had horrible ecmxperience with their Bangalore office to get my fabrics sent by a company in Chennai. Their custpmer service too is pathetic.
                        VRL LOGISTICS WILL NOT COMMUNICATE YOU about your items receipt AND NOT EVEN TELL the address to reach and no proper contacts in website they wont lift phone, they dont respect customers particularly thottipalayam goldwins and arasur coimbatore. i can rate negative

                          We have booked a transport as we were shifting from hyderabad to bhimavaram on 27th june. We were co ordinating with mr ajay singh - bowenpally branch, he had sent their representative home to look at the stuff and quoted us rs 21, 000/- after bargaining. We told him clearly that it has to be box type transport and also mentioned that it is 5th floor at bhimavaram and have furnished the address as well. First thing he didn’t get a box type transport and said that this is only available in small size. We did argue as safety of our material is utmost important for us. He assured that they will shift it safely and said they will cover the transport properly. After reaching to bhimavaram today, 28th june 2019 they are demanding for 1, 000/- more for shifting the material to 5th floor. They are arguing that the lift is small and they cannot shift by stairs. Actually most of the apartments has small lifts only until n unless they are gated community wherein they have service lifts. First of all they should check first and quote, they cannot do this at the last minute saying they will not shift the materials until n unless we pay extra 1000/- which is for sure is not a good on your part.

                          As per the discussions, we paid 100% payment before the transport left to bhimavaram. This is absolutely very wrong to impose such at the last minute. Professionalism and customer care should be the utmost priority in any business. This is like cheating as the total amount and material is with you. It is not about rs 1000/-, as you are in the transport business you should know what are the main aspects that you should know and check before quoting the amount. Above this one of our family member wanted to accompany with the transport which they agreed but at the last minute they denied saying some reasons. We had to again book a ticket to bhimavaram for that person which is again expense for us.

                          Only two people had come to unload the material in transport. It’s their duty to get ppl and unload, they left the material at the parking lot and left as they both cannot lift all the material even after paying the amount 1000/-. Instead we got our ppl and paid them and got it shifted to our house in 5th floor. It’s really disgusting and these disorganised ppl had made us suffer a lot.

                          I would request the concern person to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              Are manufacturer suppliers of Textile Fabrics.
                              We are sending our goods to various stations all over India and we used to transport our products
                              To Kolkata regularly.
                              We observed from the Way bills that your Kannur Office is charging extra on actual weight such as
                              Your recent Way Bill [protected] dt. 24.06.19 the Actual weight of the goods 32 Kgs where as the booking Effected charges on 50 kgs and another way bill [protected] dt.13.06.2019 the actual weight of goods 52 kgs and charged 70 kgs for which the customer asked the clarification to the regard. We have to pay the claim on the excess charges; we seek your immediate confirmation to the matter enabling us to convince the customer why this happens.
                              Please note that the volume weight lesser than actual weight which may please be noted.
                              Looking for your immediate reply to the above as we have given some of recent booking only for your kind information.

                                  With ref to shree jagdish sarees pvt ltd, naya sarak, cuttack, odisha, we have not been given invoices for your services and yet after calling your office staff innumerable times in last 7 days, nbody has time to come and solve the issues.
                                  I would like to specifically inform you that we have never delayed any payments for even one day, rather we have sent cheques to your office when yr staff failed to turn up.
                                  Today we were denied delivery of our grounds on grounds that our payment is outstanding!!!
                                  I request vrl to take immediate steps to solve such issues where your clients are made to feel so insulted for no fault of theirs.
                                  I am sorry to inform you that such abusive behavior where we are denied to take delivery of goods, is something which is unheard of in any other transport.
                                  Sorry to say that such actions shall be very detrimental to future business

                                    This consignment was sent from karaikudi to trivandrum door delivery. At ernakulam this product was kept in their office for many days. Finally we tracked them and on delivery the driver had a quarrel with watchman while carrying it. Somehow the driver delivered it in the clients house. On opening one side of the product was broken. I have proof of before booking and after delivery photos. I need immediate refund of ₹15000. I have already booked acase in consumer court.
