They have the worst coureir service, they tell that next day it will reach but it takes 2 days to reach it's destination, if we call to customer care, if we ask them where is our package they will just quarrel with us.it has not happened with me just once but 4 times.

Before I was fan of VRL but now very sad to see such condition

Buses also I experienced rude behavior of drivers and buses being late to destinationbr...

I'm badly hurt by ur service, driver and bus staff (Avinash & dakani)

I m sudhakar, today (08/07/2019) i have received an consignment. Which is 3 bags of rice, in that one of the bag is in damaged condition and all the rice grain in that bag is red instead of white, logistics people damaged this while shipping. I have attached some photos of this consignment received. Who is responsible for this, and who will fulfill my loss

The consignment was booked on 28.06.2019 till today we have not received the consignment. On tracing the tracker it is moving from hubli to back bagalkot and status is not known.

Please take this as a consumer complaint on deliberation of duty, inefficiency in services, causing huge damage to the crop from this undelivered motor pump set. Local delivery agent is helpless. Even the bookie has contacted you bagalkot office number...

Vrl is worst service i have never seen such a worst packers n movers intially they quote less price after packing they will send triple price invoices n even they unload my luggage also.
Intially they promise packing n unpacking n assemble the bed also but they threw it my luggage in room left away and they charged me 30k from hyderabad to nashik but they gave only 8k for the local packers n movers. So don't go through brand blindly...

We have booked a ticket under PNR No.21250857 on 12. 06.2019 from Madiwala Bengaluru to Hubballi at 9.15 pm on 14.06.2019. Pickup bus dropped my daughters in Anand Rao bus stop but bus departed from Gandhinagar at 9.15 pm picked and without any phone calls. Why this negligence? person sitting on the vrl office counter won't let us keep our luggage inside her office, she said "place for sitting is only for those who book tickets offline from the office".And also its her own policy.Very rude, other offices like in pune, they let us keep our luggage.I hope you look into it because of person like these reviews are bad. We are book sellers in Bangalore. We get books from Chennai every week through VRL transport.

The branch at Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore, does not deliver the goods in time. They unnecessarily delay in giving delivery of the goods. Our business in time bound. If we do not supply in time, our business is lost. Having given many complaints, no response is from the staffs. Kindly take immediate action.

The consignment bearing LR number [protected] was shipped from Delhi to Mysore on 25th May this year. This item was neither delivered nor traceable by concerned VRL personnels.

Let us know the procedure to claim the compensation or would be lodging a case at consumer court. Spoke to Mr.Manikant once on this and he is not reachable now over phone....

This is really horrible experience with vrl, i have booked a seat for 4/6/19 at 5pm but that gets cancelled and they don't provide facilities for the same time, and instead gives sum other boarding time and even that bus is 1hr late. You people charge so much for a single ride and the way you treat your customer is very pathetic.
Will never choose this vrl hence forth....

I bought goods from ludhiana and the consignor forget to send consignee copy to me and goods reached ahmedabad vbut not realse goods on photo copy and demanding email from ludhiana brnach. Ludhiand vrl charging rs 150 for email and ahmedabad branch rs 100 for miscellaneous charges and they were not relieve my goods prior i submit miscellaneous charges with transportation charges. The staff of vrl so rudely behave when we asking for service....
